IQOS Club is run by Philip Morris Limited, which is part of the Philip Morris International group and has offices at 10 Hammersmith Grove, London, W6 7AP. When we say “we” or “us”, we mean Philip Morris Limited.
IQOS Club is an inclusive part of the Customer Care services we provide to registered users of the IQOS device and has been available since October 2022. The rules for IQOS Club include:
· the rules listed here;
· any schedules hereto;
· our Privacy Notice;
· any other information we send you in writing, like emails, texts or information on our website and the IQOS Club portal.
All together, these are called the “Terms”. They explain how IQOS Club works and how your personal information is used.
1. Eligibility
To receive IQOS Club benefits you must accept these Terms and:
· be aged 18 or older;
· be an IQOS user;
· be based and have a registered address on mainland Britain; and
· have an IQOS account with a registered and linked IQOS device.
If at any point you decide that you do not want to receive information from, or participate in IQOS Club, you can deactivate your account and opt-out of communications that we send from time to time.
Membership to IQOS Club is limited to one per unique IQOS user. If you have more than one IQOS account or multiple IQOS devices, you will not be able to obtain IQOS Club benefits for each account or device. If we suspect that you’re attempting obtain multiple benefits through IQOS Club, we reserve the right to suspend and withdraw this customer care service provided in accordance with section 5 of these Terms.
2. Benefits and badges
The customer care benefits made available through IQOS Club, are linked to your tenure and completion of various actions that we’ll ask you to complete, which will result in the award of a digital badge. There are currently three different badge types available, only for accounts with active IQOS Club memberships.
· ‘One-Off Badge’: these are earned once during the membership and do not expire.
· ‘Always-On Badge’: these can be earned once during the calendar year and will expire on 31 December and reset on 1 January. These badges do not unlock any benefits.
· ‘Occasional Badge’: these can be earned once during a specific period and provide certain benefits, details of which we’ll provide to you on the IQOS Club portal or in other written communications we send to you.
You can monitor the badges you have earned by visiting the IQOS Club portal. Please be aware that, after you qualify for a badge, it may take up to 48 hours for the badge to appear on the IQOS Club portal.
Unless we specifically mention otherwise in schedule A below, the following terms will apply.
· Badges are awarded to acknowledge that you have completed the required actions.
· The specific actions that must be completed to unlock a badge are defined in schedule A of these Terms.
· If you unlock a badge that entitles you to a benefit, full details of each benefit and the terms that apply will be made available to you on the IQOS Club portal. Please visit the ‘My Rewards’ page for details. To learn more about the benefits associated with each badge, if any, please refer to schedule A of these Terms.
· Badges do not provide any rewards or benefits other than the ones described in the table below.
· All badges, regardless of type, are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, and - if your badge offers specific benefits - these benefits cannot be combined with any other benefit or reward that you may be eligible for as an IQOS customer.
3. Rewards
· All rewards must be redeemed following the instructions we provide for each badge on the IQOS Club portal.
· We reserve the right to substitute any advertised rewards with another of equal or greater value, should circumstances beyond our control require it.
· Rewards are for your personal and non-commercial use. They cannot be exchanged, are non-transferable, and there is no cash alternative.
· If you are (i) employed by us or any of our affiliated companies, (ii) a family member of someone employed by us or an affiliated company, or (iii) working for an agency involved in the administration of a reward, you are not eligible to receive or claim a reward provided by a badge.
· Rewards may be limited in quantity and might be allocated or accessed on a first come, first served basis. Members understand and accept that obtaining a badge, even if there is a reward associated to it, does not guarantee access to such reward.
· To access the rewards linked to an occasional badge, it is not sufficient to unlock the badge, but it is also necessary to be one of the first to redeem the reward on the IQOS Club portal.
· If multiple rewards are offered, and the Member’s preferred reward is no longer available because it has already been redeemed by other eligible Members, the Member may only select from the remaining rewards (if any). If no rewards are available, no alternative reward or compensation will be offered.
· Members cannot redeem multiple rewards within a same badge, and redemption is limited to one reward per Member.
· Rewards are provided as described, and we are not liable for any additional or incidental costs you may incur when using the reward.
· Rewards may be subject to the terms and conditions of a third-party, which will apply in full. We shall not be responsible to you if you are unable to use or benefit from the reward if you fail to comply with those third-party terms.
· To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be responsible to you for (i) any loss of opportunity if you are not eligible for a reward, or (ii) any damage or loss arising from the use or misuse of a reward, including situations where a reward issued to you is lost or stolen.
· Guests to any events or experiences must be aged 18 or older.
· If any reward requires us to contact you, but you cannot be contacted, or we don’t hear back from you within 48 hours of us attempting the first, the reward may be forfeited.
4. Data Privacy
We use all relevant information you provide us, or that we collect from you, to help us administer and facilitate your participation in IQOS Club.
By joining IQOS Club, you agree that you’ve requested to receive information and updates by email, phone, text or physical mail about offers, news and information about our services, nicotine containing products, heated tobacco products and the IQOS heating device until you choose to unsubscribe from IQOS Club or change your communication preferences.
It is your responsibility to make sure that your contact information is kept up to date as we will use this information to also provide you with important information about benefit, rewards or services that you might be entitled to as a member of IQOS Club. We will not be responsible to you for any loss that you might suffer if you do not provide us with accurate information.

5. Changing, suspending, withdrawing or terminating IQOS Club and its associated badges
We can immediately suspend or terminate IQOS Club, or withdraw badges and any associated benefits or rewards, and with no liability to us, if:
(i) we reasonably suspect that you are in breach of these Terms, acting unlawfully, attempting to fraudulently obtain badges or benefits, or otherwise misusing IQOS Club and associated badges or benefits; or
(ii) there is a change in law, regulation or commercial policy.
Sometimes we might change these Terms, the benefits, badges or rewards for legal, business or policy reasons. If we do, we’ll update them on our website. By continuing to use IQOS Club after publication of such changes, you agree to the new rules.
If these changes negatively impact IQOS Club members, we will make all reasonable effort for this notice to be given 30 days before the date the change takes effect. Where we can, we’ll try to give you more than 30 days’ notice via email. Otherwise, notices will be published on our website at https://www.iqos.com/gb/en/loyalty.html.
If we or you terminate or suspend your IQOS Club membership, we may revoke any unused badges, rewards or benefits you were legitimately eligible for prior to termination, and access to your account may be blocked.
6. Limitation of liability
We accept no responsibility for any failure to unlock IQOS Club badges or member benefits or rewards due to technical faults, technical malfunctions, computer hardware or software failures, satellite, network or server failures of any kind.
For rewards that are tickets to events or experiences, we accept no liability for any cancellation, postponement, suspension, or material changes to any events or experiences organized by third parties, nor for stolen, misplaced, or inaccessible tickets.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are subject to the laws of England and Wales, and the jurisdiction of the English courts.

Referrals successfully completed between 01 January and 31 March 2026 will automatically unlock the respective badge level for active IQOS Club members. |
| Subscription – Multi-level Badge | You can earn the Subscription badge once per calendar year upon completion of the levels outlined below. One-Off Badges |
Welcome |
The Welcome Badge is automatically received upon acceptance of the IQOS Club terms and logging into the IQOS Club portal for the first time. For the duration of your participation, you’ll be entitled to additional benefits which may change from time to time. Benefits currently include: a. Birthday Benefit As an IQOS Club member, you qualify for a voucher giving you 30% off full-price items on iqos.com or in our IQOS stores. The voucher will be emailed to you on or shortly after your birthday. Voucher can only be used once and cannot be combined with any other promotion, including IQOS Club member pricing. The 30% discount applies to a maximum basket value of £70; any spend above £70 will not be discounted. The birthday voucher gifted during a calendar year must be redeemed by 31 January of the following calendar year. b. Delivery on us When you place an order on iqos.com, you will receive free standard delivery if your order is £30 or more. If your order is £70 or more, you will get free next day delivery. Next day delivery applies only if you (i) place your order before 8:00pm and (ii) if you are in UK mainland. This benefit will be applied automatically at checkout and doesn’t apply in public holidays. Member pricing As an IQOS Club member, you can get special member prices on all our heated and zero-tobacco products compatible with the IQOS device and sold in 10 pack bundles. You can buy up to five 10-pack bundles each month with your member pricing benefit. This benefit is just for personal use and cannot be used for business purposes. If you joined IQOS Club on or after 1 April 2026, your member pricing provides you with a 5% discount compared to the price offered to non-members. It can take up to 48h from when you join IQOS Club for the member pricing to be activated. If you joined IQOS Club before 1 April 2026, your discount depends on your membership tier applicable by 31 March 2026: Silver members get 5% off, Gold members get 7% off, and Platinum members get 10% off the non-member price. This special legacy member pricing cannot be combined with regular member pricing. This special pricing will be applied automatically at checkout on IQOS.com and in our IQOS stores for all purchases.
