Yes, you can use cleaning sticks to remove minor tobacco residues in your Bladed IQOS™ Holder or Cap. Insert the IQOS™ Cleaning Stick straight along the chamber, avoid pushing or hitting against the blade. Clean the area of the bottom of the heating chamber by half-arch, but not circular movements.
Please note, this guidance only applies for older generations of IQOS devices. Our latest Bladeless range, IQOS ILUMA, does not require cleaning. For this reason, on IQOS.com we no longer stock Cleaning Sticks.
