What is the Try Before You Buy IQOS Program and what are the Benefits?
Our Try Before You Buy program is your opportunity to trial an IQOS ILUMA i device in the comfort of your own home for 14 days with no obligation to buy at the end. It is also your chance to explore our range of TEREA heated tobacco to find the right flavour for you.
An upfront payment of £10 is required to begin your trial. Once the trial period concludes, the choice is yours: either purchase and keep your IQOS ILUMA i by paying the remaining balance of the device or return it at no additional cost. It’s straightforward—simply monitor your emails to finalize your decision.
During your trial period, you will receive expert support, advice and offers to support you in leaving cigarettes behind for good.
To take advantage of the Try Before You Buy program, you’ll first need to sign up to the program on IQOS.com
What’s the process?
1. Choose which IQOS ILUMA i device to trial.
2. Choose your device colour.
3. Choose your TEREA Bundle (2-packs).
4. Enter your personal information (you can also enter a referral code here if you have one).
At this stage, we will verify your age based on the information you provide. To do this, we’ll need your home address and date of birth.
5. Enter your payment details (you will be charged an upfront cost of £10, which is non-refundable).
6. Receive your device within 1-2 working days at your chosen shipping address. Orders placed before 8:00pm will be shipped for next day delivery.
7. After 14 days, when your trial is over, you can then decide whether to buy and keep the IQOS ILUMA device, extend your trial, or return it at no extra cost.
Are you having trouble placing your Try Before You Buy order?
If you have a VEEV ONE device associated to your account, you are still eligible for the Try Before You Buy program, however your enrolment must be done via our Customer Care team which you can contact via LiveChat on IQOS.com.
What to expect at the end of your trial?
On day 12 (two days before the end of your trial) we will email you and ask you to choose from the following options:
Keep hold of my IQOS
If you would like to keep your IQOS ILUMA, that’s great! Simply select the ‘Keep hold of my IQOS’ option in the email to confirm. We will automatically process the payment for the remaining cost of the device approximately 25 days after your initial sign-up date.
Extend my trial for free
Similarly, if you need more time to decide, that’s not a problem. Just select the ‘Extend my trial for free’ option in the email to prolong your trial period by an additional 7 days. Please keep an eye on your emails during this extension for further instructions and information before making your final decision.
Return my device
If IQOS ILUMA i isn’t the right fit for you, that’s absolutely fine. Just select the ‘Return my device’ option in the email and provide a reason for your decision. This will instruct one of our Customer Care team to contact you in the coming 2 days to organize your return. They will ensure any second payment is suspended and provide you with a free of charge return label.
Alternatively, you can organise your return on IQOS.com by following the below steps:
1. Log into your IQOS.com account
2. Click on the “My Account” section
3. Click on “My Orders”
4. Select your TRY order
5. Click “RETURN IT”
Make sure that you return your IQOS ILUMA i device (excluding unsealed packs of heated tobacco) to us in the original packaging within 21 days of telling us you plan to return it.
