Frequently asked questions about the IQOS ILUMA trial

If you decide the IQOS ILUMA i or IQOS ILUMA i ONE device isn’t for you: 

Simply inform us of your decision to return within either of the emails you receive on Day 12 and Day 15 of your trial period. In these emails we will ask for your decision and a reason for it. From here, leave it with us. We will contact you via call in the coming days to arrange your free returns and provide a returns label.

The final payment, for the remainder of the device you trialed, will be attempted on the 25th day after your trial order was placed, unless you tell us you’d like to return it before then. 

In either your Day 12 or Day 15 email, be sure to let us know if you wish to keep your ILUMA device. 

If you would like to keep IQOS ILUMA i Device that’s great news! In either your Day 12 or Day 15 email, be sure to let us know of your decision. You don’t need to do anything after this point. We will automatically take the outstanding payment for your trial device on the 25th day after your trial order was placed.

The final payment depends on which device you have chosen to trial. At RRP, the final payment for the IQOS ILUMA i device is £49, and for the IQOS ILUMA i ONE device is £19. The final payment is subject to promotional periods, but will always be £10 off the cost of the device at point of sign-up.

Keep​ 

If you would like to keep your IQOS ILUMA that’s great! Just select the Buy and ‘Keep’ option within the email to confirm. We will automatically take payment for the remaining cost of the device chosen around 25 days from your initial sign-up date.​ 

Extend​ 

Similarly, if you need more time to decide that’s not a problem. You just have to select the ‘Extend’ option within the email to extend your trial period by 7 days. Keep an eye on your emails during this extension for further instructions and information before you make your final decision.​ 

Return​ 

If IQOS ILUMA is not for you, that’s absolutely fine. Again, just select the ‘Return’ option within the email and a reason for your decision. We will take it from here. After your selection we will attempt to call you in the next two days to arrange your free return.
