NEW IQOS USERS FAQ:
No, you don’t have to purchase the purple device. As long as you’re a new user who bought any ILUMA or ILUMA I device from 28th January to 31st March, you’re eligible to join the contest.
Unfortunately, no. Only new users who purchased their device on or after 28 January can join the Creative Submission. However, you can still participate in the Electric Dreams campaign by referring your friends and stand a chance to win exciting prizes.
No. Each participant is allowed to submit only one photo for the Creative Submission. For more details, please refer to the Terms & Conditions.
You’ll need to submit a photo that includes any IQOS ILUMA device along with a purple element. For the full list of photo requirements, please refer to the Terms & Conditions.
Unfortunately, no. Users may only participate in one mechanic, depending on their date of purchase.
Yes. All participants must register and link their device in order to join the Creative Submission.
EXISTING IQOS USERS FAQ:
Only referrals made during the contest period (from 28 Jan to 31 March 2026, both dates inclusive) will be counted for the Contest. Referrals made before 28 January 2026 will not be considered.
There is no limit to the number of friends you want to refer to win the Contest prize. However, the IQOS Referral Programme will only reward you for your first FIFTEEN (15) successful referrals.
All successful referrals will only be counted when your friend registers and links their devices. Not linking the newly bought device will be deemed an unsuccessful referral – you will not get the Referral Reward and thus will not count towards the Referral Leaderboard.
You may visit or call into any of our IQOS Authorised Centres (https://www.iqos.com/my/en/store-locator.html). Share your referral code with our IQOS Staff to assist in checking for your existing progress / ranking.
The winners’ announcement will be made within 30 days after the campaign concludes; hence, the latest announcement date will fall before 30 April. The campaign ends on 31 March.
