To create your IQOS account:
1. Click the button or profile icon.
2. Enter your email or mobile, and password.
3. Check your email for a verification link or code.
4. Complete the age verification process.
5. Follow any additional prompts to finalise your account.
Please note:
You can delete your IQOS account at any time. Simply log in and go to ‘My details’.
Age verification process during sign-up
While signing up, you'll need to provide a valid form of government-issued ID, such as your national identification card or driver's license. Your ID information is securely shared with a third-party database provider, which verifies your age against government records.

Your ID information is encrypted and only used for verification purposes only. It is deleted after 24 hours.

To register your IQOS device:
- Sign up or log in to your IQOS account.
- Navigate to ‘My devices’.
- Click on ‘Add device’ and enter the serial number.
- Upload Proof of Purchase to verify your device warranty
- Click ‘Submit’.

The serial number can be found on the original packaging, Holder, or Pocket Charger.
Register multiple IQOS devices by adding each serial number.
Before registering a secondhand device, ask the previous owner to unpair it from their account.

You have the ability to log in and delete or edit most personal information. Rest assured, your details are confidential and protected.
Data erasure
Want to erase your IQOS profile? Here's what you need to know:
You can request the deletion of your data through your IQOS profile settings.
Before deletion, any pending activities like open orders need to be resolved.
Once your request is processed, you’ll receive an email within 3 days confirming the status of your data deletion.
After deletion of your IQOS profile, you’ll no longer be able to log in to your account or access related services.
Data updates and correction
To correct data on your IQOS profile:
- Log in to IQOS.
- Navigate to ‘My details’.
- Edit your personal details, such as your address, and contact information.
- If you wish, you can also manage communication preferences (opt in/out of marketing emails, etc.)
- Save changes.
Please note:
For security reasons, changing certain data like your date of birth, name and email address will require you to redo the age verification process.
