Your IQOS order can only be handed over to you and no-one else, so to help you plan ahead and stay updated on its journey, we’ve made tracking deliveries online effortless.

Delivery options and times

Express Delivery

Place orders before 11 AM (Monday to Friday) for Express Delivery. within 48 hours. Some parcels may take longer depending on location.

Orders placed on Saturday, or Sunday for Express Delivery will be delivered by Tuesday.

Standard Delivery

Standard Delivery to West Malaysia (WM) locations take  3-4 working days while East Malaysia (EM) locations take 5-7 working days.

Orders placed after 10:00 AM on Saturday will be shipped on Monday afternoon.

Exceptions:

Weekends and public holidays.

Uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., weather conditions) 

Conditions:

Delivery depends on the courier, order timing, your location, and product availability.

Some items may have extended delivery times due to stock levels or special handling.

FAQs about delivery.

If the order that was delivered to you is incomplete or damaged, please return the order.

To process a return: Simply log into your IQOS customer account and click on the 'My Orders' section under your account. Select the order you wish to return and click on button ‘Return Order’. Proceed to follow the instructions on the screen to submit the Return Request. Depending on the reason of return, you will either receive a call from our Customer Care team or our logistics partner City-link Express within 2-3 working days. Please note that return requests must be made 14 days upon receiving your order.

If the item you selected while ordering is not the one that was delivered to you, please return the order.

Unfortunately, the delivery address cannot be changed once an order has been placed.

You can update your address at any time prior to an order having been placed via your customer account.  After logging in on IQOS.com and going to the ‘My Account’ section, please navigate to 'My Details' and then 'My Addresses' to change your address.

Unfortunately, once the order is in transit, it cannot be redirected. For more support, please contact our Customer Care team.

After order placement, your order (along with the order number) is added to the 'My Orders' section of your account.  You will also have received an order confirmation email which contains your order number inside.

You will be able to monitor the delivery status via the tracking number provided to you via an Order Shipped email or SMS from City-Link Express. You will also be able to verify the delivery attempts already made and any problems the courier may encounter.

Orders placed after 11AM on Saturday will be shipped the following Monday afternoon.
