2. Who is eligible for the purchase of device?

This is open to all nicotine users residing in Malaysia who are 18 years old or above who would otherwise continue to smoke (“Eligible Person”). The purchased device should be registered under you.

4. What programmes are available at the IQOS ILUMA i Electric Purple Event?

Play Electric” Games Terms & Conditions

Guests attending the IQOS ILUMA i Electric Purple Event (“Event”) who are nicotine users residing in Malaysia, aged 18 years and above, and who would otherwise continue to smoke (“Eligible Participant”), are eligible to participate in the “Play Electric” Games and stand a chance to win RM5,000 Klook Travel Vouchers (“Prize”). Guests who are 18 years old and above and who do not use nicotine and representatives of Philip Morris (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd and its affiliates may also participate in the “Play Electric” Games; however, they are not eligible to win the Prize.

The “Play Electric” Game consist of three (3) interactive games available to attending guests, as follows:

1. Portugal- Cargo-Karting: Test your drive, avoid obstacles, and race to the finish line in the fastest time.

2. Dubai- Sleep-in Symphony: Hum along to match the soundwave displayed on the screen.

3. Slovenia- Beats Below Zero: Tap the music elements on the touchscreen in sync with the audio played through headphones.

Each participant is permitted to play once only, and each game has a duration of thirty (30) to forty-five (45) seconds. Upon completing a game, the participant’s programme card will be stamped at the game station to indicate completion. Each participant must insert his/her name and mobile phone number into the gaming system before they can play each game, and this mobile phone number must match the mobile phone number provided at the initial event registration counter.

How to Win?

Each “Play Electric” Game will determine its winners based on the following criteria:

1. Portugal- Cargo-Karting: Winners are determined based on the fastest completion time while navigating the course.

2. Dubai- Sleep-in Symphony: Winners are determined based on volume accuracy/points from matching the soundwave through humming.

3. Slovenia- Beats Below Zero: Winners are determined based on the highest total points achieved from tapping accurately to the beat.

The top three (3) Eligible Participants from each of the three (3) “Play Electric” Games will each receive RM5,000 worth of Klook Travel Vouchers, totaling nine (9) winners. The winners will be determined based on a single eligibility rule. Eligible Participants may only win one (1) Prize, even if they place within the Top 3 rankings on more than one leaderboard.

To validate the identity of each winner, the Organiser shall verify the mobile phone number submitted within the gaming system against the mobile phone number provided at the initial event registration counter (or if this is not available, then against the mobile phone number used during RSVP). The RM5,000 Klook Travel Voucher will only be awarded upon successful verification of a matching phone number within the Organiser’s records. Failure to provide a matching phone number shall result in disqualification, and the Prize will be offered to the next Eligible Participant on the leaderboard.

In the event that an Eligible Participant qualifies for the Top 3 positions on multiple leaderboards, the Prize will be awarded according to the participant’s highest-ranking position across all games. For example, if John is ranked No. 1 in the Dubai- Sleep-in Symphony game and No. 2 in the Portugal- Cargo-Karting game, John will receive the Prize for the Dubai- Sleep-in Symphony game.

If an Eligible Participant holds the same ranking position or identical scores across multiple games, or if two or more Eligible Participants achieve identical scores, the Prize will be awarded to the Eligible Participant whose game completions bears the earliest recorded timestamp (i.e., the game and Eligible Participant who played first). For example, if John is ranked No. 3 in both the Dubai- Sleep-in Symphony game and the Slovenia- Beats Below Zero game, John will win the Prize for the game in which his timestamp was earlier.  Or if John and David both have the same scores and ranked no. 3 in the Dubai- Sleep-in Symphony game but David has the earlier timestamp, then David will win the Prize.

Subsequently, the next Eligible Participant on the respective leaderboard will be awarded the remaining Prize.

Winners are required to claim their prize during the on‑stage announcement. In the event a winner does not claim the prize on stage, the Organizer will contact the winner by 11 February 2026 regarding prize collection. Any prize that remains unclaimed or any winner who is uncontactable by 15 February 2026 will have their prize forfeited.

For the Klook Travel Voucher, the validity is 1 year from the date of the gift card receipt. This travel voucher is not applicable for the following KLOOK product(s): Stay + Bundles, Klook Passes, Bundle & Save Passes, Travel Insurance, Hong Kong Palace Museum Ticket, Hong Kong Science Museum Special Exhibition and other products as may be specified by KLOOK from time to time.​ Upon expiry of the Klook Travel Voucher, any unutilized balance on the Klook Travel Voucher shall be forfeited and no longer capable of being enforced. Expiry of the Klook Travel Voucher shall not affect product(s) already purchased.​ Klook Travel Voucher may only be utilized in the selected currency and payment via the Klook Travel Voucher may only be made in this selected currency. The Organiser will not be replaced/reimbursed the Klook Travel Voucher if lost, stolen, damaged or expired.​

“Want More Voltage?” Zone (Applies to All Guests)

All attending guests are eligible to redeem a Reward at the “Want More Voltage” Zone. To qualify, guests must present their stamp card and follow at least one (1) official IQOS social media account (Facebook or Instagram) prior to redemption.

Rewards at the “Want More Voltage” Zone are randomised. The reward items are digitally shuffled on the backend system, and a prize will automatically reveal on-screen during redemption. Guests will not be able to choose their preferred item.

The list of possible Rewards includes:

All Rewards are subject to availability, offered on a first-come, first-served basis, and are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted with other items.

General Conditions on “Play Electric” Games and “Want More Voltage” Zone

1. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify participants or withhold the Prize and/or Reward in cases of suspected fraud or illegal activity.

2. The Prize and/or Reward is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other goods, whether in part or full. The Organiser reserves the right at its discretion to substitute the Prize and/or Reward with other product of approximately equivalent value at any time without prior notice.

3. To the fullest extent permitted by law, there are no, and the Organiser expressly excludes and disclaims any, representations, warranties, or endorsements, expressed or implied, written, or oral, including but not limited to, any warranty of quality, merchantability or suitability or fitness for a particular purpose in respect of the Prize and/or Reward.

4. The title in the Prize and/or Reward and any risk of loss or damage to the Prize and/or Reward will pass to the receiver upon delivery of the Prize and/or Reward to that receiver. The Organiser shall not be liable for or obliged to recognize or replace any defective, lost, damaged or stolen Prize and/or Reward where such defect, loss, or damage in respect of the Prize and/or Reward is not due to the fault and/or negligence of the Organiser.

5. If the Prize or Reward is supplied by a third-party merchant, the participant acknowledge that such Prize or Reward is also subject to such terms and conditions as may be determined by the merchant and the participant shall comply with such terms and conditions. Any dispute arising from or in connection with such Prize or Reward shall be resolved by the winner directly with the merchant. If any dispute(s) arise out of the merchant’s terms and conditions applicable to such Prize or Reward, the Organiser is not responsible in investigating or resolving the disputes, replacing or cancelling such Prize or Reward as a result of such dispute(s).

IQOS ILUMA i Electric Purple Event Laser Engraving and UV Printing Services Terms and Conditions & FAQ [BMR APPROVED]

1. During the Event Period, the Organiser will also provide Laser Engraving and UV Printing Service (“Service”) to existing registered users residing in Malaysia who have purchased and registered their Eligible Devices at the Event location.

2. This Service is only applicable for IQOS ILUMA and IQOS ILUMA i devices that are registered and linked to the registered user’s profile in the IQOS Database (“Eligible Device”).

3. This Service is provided free of charge.

4. This Service is limited to the Organiser’s design library, which includes designs that are preset and fonts and characters that are offered at the Event Location. Customisation beyond the Organiser’s design library is not permitted.

5. The outcome of this Service will be deemed as final. The Organiser shall not be responsible for any mistakes or errors made by the registered user in terms of the design request after this Service has been performed.

6. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organiser hereby excludes all losses, damages, liabilities, claims, costs and expenses arising from or related to this Service. You agree that you will not hold the Organiser and its employees, representatives and/or agents, liable for any losses, damages, liabilities, claims, costs and expenses that you may incur, in connection with this Service.

7. Any Eligible Device that has been UV printed and/or laser engraved on (whichever that is applicable) cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, or replacement. Engaging in this Service does not void your IQOS device warranty, your IQOS device warranty coverage will still apply subject to the warranty terms and conditions.

Miscellaneous

1. By participating in this IQOS ILUMA i Electric Purple Event and its related activities and programmes, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (as modified and varied from time to time). You hereby agree to the personal data processing stated in privacy notice in https://www.pmiprivacy.com/en/consumer.

2. The Organiser’s decisions on all matters relating to this Event will be final and binding, including without limitation, any matters pertaining to the related activities and programmes of the Event.

3. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend this Event in whole or in part without notice. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination or suspension by the Organiser shall not warrant any claim or compensation against the Organiser for any losses, damages, liabilities, claims, costs and expenses suffered.

4. The Organiser reserves the right as it deems fit to modify, vary, amend or change any of these Terms and Conditions without notice, and such modification, variance, amendment or change shall become effective upon the posting of the new version of Terms and Conditions at the Event. Your continued participation in this Event after such changes signifies your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

5. The Organiser reserves the right not to accept your participation in this Event or any of the related activities and programmes if there is suspicion of fraud or any illegal activity.

6. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organiser hereby excludes all losses, damages, liabilities, claims, costs and expenses arising from or related to this Event or the Prize and/or Reward. By participating in this Event, you agree that you will not hold the Organiser and its employees, representatives and/or agents, liable for any losses, damages, liabilities, claims, costs and expenses that you may incur, in connection with this Event or the Prize and/or Reward.

8. If a court or other authority decides that some of these Terms and Conditions are unlawful or unenforceable, the rest of these Terms and Conditions will continue to apply.

9. These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of Malaysia. Any legal dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

FAQ’s:

1. Do I need to play all three games to get a Reward?

No. You do not need to play any games or obtain any game stamps to redeem a Reward.
To participate in the Reward redemption at the “Want More Voltage” Zone, guests simply need to:

1. Follow at least one (1) official IQOS social media account (Facebook or Instagram).

2. The system will then shuffle the Reward options and automatically reveal your Reward.

3. Obtain a stamp upon redeeming the Reward.

2. Can I choose which Reward I want?

No. Rewards are assigned randomly through the shuffling prize draw screen. Participants cannot select their preferred Reward. All Rewards are issued on a while stocks last basis, and once a Reward is no longer available, it will not appear in the draw.

3. Can two people share or split a stamp card?

No. Each card belongs to one person only and cannot be shared.

4. Do I need to buy a device to join the games?

No. Anyone can play the “Play Electric” Games. However, only Eligible Participants (nicotine users aged 18+ residing in Malaysia who would otherwise continue to smoke) are entitled to compete to be the top three (3) ranking in any of the “Play Electric” Games for the RM5,000 Klook Travel Voucher prizes.

5. Can someone redeem a Reward on my behalf?

No. Rewards must be redeemed in person. Attending guests are required to show their own proof of following at least one (1) official IQOS social media account (Facebook or Instagram) to complete the redemption. Rewards are strictly non‑transferable, non‑exchangeable, offered on a first‑come, first‑served basis, and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted with other items.

6. What if I don’t want to follow IQOS on social media- can I still get a Reward?

No. Following at least one (1) official IQOS social media account is a mandatory requirement for Reward redemption. Participants who do not fulfil this requirement will not be eligible to redeem a Reward.

7. Can I win the RM5,000 Klook Travel Voucher without playing the games?

No. The RM5,000 Klook Travel Voucher can only be won by Eligible Participants who participate in the “Play Electric” Games and place within the top three (3) positions on any of the game leaderboards.

8. How will I know if I am on the leaderboard?

The leaderboards will be displayed at the Event. Participants may also request the Event Crew to check their scores.

9. Can I exchange the RM5,000 Klook Travel Voucher for cash?

No. All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be substituted with other items.

10. What happens if I am not present on stage when winners are announced?

If you are not present during the on‑stage winner announcement, the Organiser will contact you by 11 February 2026 regarding prize collection. Please note that if your prize that remains unclaimed or if you are uncontactable by 15 February 2026, then you will be deemed to have forfeited the prize.

11. How are winners determined if I achieve top scores in multiple games or if participants have the same score?

Each participant is entitled to one (1) RM5,000 Klook Travel Voucher only. Winner determination follows the steps below:

1. Highest Score Priority
If you achieve top scores in more than one game, the prize will be awarded for the game where you recorded the higher score.

2.  If Scores Are Identical
If the scores are the same across the games you played, or if two or more participants have identical scores, the winner will be the participant who completed the game earliest based on timestamp.

3. Next Eligible Participant Rule
For any game where the top participant has already been assigned a prize or tied scores are resolved, the prize will then be awarded to the next eligible participant on that game’s leaderboard.

12. Does the “Play Electric” Games give me a chance to win a trip to Dubai, Slovenia, or Portugal?

No. The “Play Electric” Games do not offer trips to Dubai, Slovenia, or Portugal as prizes. The country themes are purely part of the contest’s creative concept linked to the global Electric Purple campaign. The RM5,000 Klook Travel Voucher Prize is exclusive to this event only and is not part of the wider Electric Purple campaign.

You can make payment for your order by various methods available on our website. The following terms shall apply to the below types of payment:

Credit Card

  • Credit card payment option is available via our Payment Service Provider (“PSP”). Our PSP accepts all major credit cards in Malaysia.

Online Banking

  • By choosing this method, payment for the products will be remitted to our PSP’s account for the total amount charged for your order (including any applicable taxes, fees and handling costs). The transaction is only payable in Ringgit Malaysia.
  • For the time being, our PSP accepts online bank transfers from all major banks in Malaysia.

E-Wallet

  • E-Wallet option is available via our our Payment Service Provider (“PSP”). Our PSP accepts GrabPay, Maybank QRPay, TnGDigital & Boost.

Our PSP handles your credit card and online banking information in accordance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS).

Delivery of the products shall be made to the address specified in your order. If delivery is delayed by more than 10 working days, you may contact us to cancel the order and we will refund you any money paid. We require a person aged 18 years and above to sign for the delivery. Without this, we cannot complete the delivery and our IQOS Customer Support will contact you to make alternative arrangement if delivery is not possible.

You need to keep the receipt of the delivered products in case of future reference to us about it.

Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. If this is the case, we will inform you using the contact details that you provided us and arrange for cancellation of the order, or delivery to an alternative delivery address.

Fast delivery indicates the delivery time of receiving your order may take a minimum of 48 hours upon order confirmation.

The 48-hours delivery is based on the estimated delivery speed of our appointed delivery service provider. It is subjected to unforeseen delays.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of the products appearing on the website are correct. Although we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, the information including the product descriptions appearing on this website at a particular time may not always be updated.

 

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are eligible only for orders placed via the IQOS.com E-Commerce section and orders that are registered upon purchase. Orders placed on other e-marketplaces or outlets are not eligible.
  • Returns are allowed 14 days upon successful delivery of order.
  • Opened, used and unopened packages are allowed.
  • You must provide us with your Name, Contact Number, Order Number, Order Date, Reason of Return and a clear image of the item intended for return based on the Returns form.

Good Conversion Practices and Our Duty to Inform

  6. We support our adult smoke-free product users in their journey to full conversion through education and guidance

Your Contribution

1. You are responsible for the content You post on Social Media Accounts and we reserve the right to remove any postings that contain:

  • Offensive or violent language
  • Hateful or discriminatory comments regarding race, ethnicity, religion, gender, disability, sexual orientation or political beliefs
  • Links or comments containing sexually explicit content material
  • Violations of copyright or intellectual property rights
  • Spam, link baiting or files containing viruses that could damage the operation of other people’s computers or mobile devices

  • Commercial solicitations or the promotion of a competitor
  • Confidential information or trade secrets
  • Impersonate any person or organization

And we shall be under no obligation to notify You of any such decision.

3. License to use User Generated Content (“UGC”). We would like to re-use the content that You submit and post. If you would like us to use your content, please send us in Direct Private Message (DM) on our Social Media Accounts.

a) For any UGC that You share with us, you represent and warrant that:

a. You are current user of IQOS and at least 18 years old (if You do not appear in the selected UGC) or at least 25 years old (if you appear recognizably in the selected UGC);
b. The UGC is Your original work and does not violate any intellectual property, personality or other rights which belong to a third party;
c. Your permission to use the UGC under this agreement (“Your License”) does not violate or conflict with Your existing contractual arrangements or applicable laws;
d. Any people recognizably appearing in the UGC including yourself are at least 25 years old, and that You have permission from those people to: i) photograph, record or film them , ii) include their photograph, sound and/or video in the UGC and iii) if applicable, use their names for being shared by PMI and its affiliates for the purposes listed below with no consideration payable to them, and iv) You provide PMI with a copy of their written permission if PMI requests You to do so.

b) You keep all of Your rights to the UGC, but You hereby grant to PMI and its affiliates, a royalty free, perpetual license to use and copy, including for commercial purposes, the UGC for all lawful purposes including marketing, promoting and/or advertising of PMI’s non-combustible brands, as well as thereto related products, services and promotional materials, at PMI’s sole discretion and without any liability or warranties (express or implied) with respect to our use of it, from the date on which You grant PMI and its affiliates Your License.

c) You grant PMI and its affiliates the rights to reproduce, modify, display and prepare derivative works, publicly perform, display, distribute, broadcast, and otherwise use the UGC, in whole or in part in any way PMI (or any of its affiliates) desires, for the above purposes, in any anticipated media for publication and in any geographies.

d) You allow PMI and its affiliates to use the name, nickname, likeness, pseudonym, rights of publicity, voice, live or recorded performance, autograph, photographs and biographical information of You and any other people included in the UGC in accordance with our privacy notice available at https://pmiprivacy.com/en/consumer and that You have notified any other people included in the UGC of these terms.

e) If the UGC infringes any proprietary rights of any third party or defame or invade the privacy or publicity rights of any person, You will indemnify, defend and hold PMI and its affiliates harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses arising from or related to this breach.

f) You agree that Your License is voluntary and You are free to enter into it with PMI.

g) You can opt-out from Your License agreement for future UGC at any time by contacting ugc-claims@pmi.com (email id) or by other means following instructions set in the terms of use on our channels, but even after such an opt-out Your License will remain valid and enforceable with respect to any UGC You have granted us Your License and/or posted on our channels, accounts, wherever applicable according to the respective terms of use, before the opt-out. Please consider that processing your opt-out request might take some time, but we will do our best to do it as soon as possible.

h) You can contact ugc-claims@pmi.com (email id) for any queries or clarifications regarding Your License, if You believe Your copyright or intellectual property protected material has been used without authorization or if Your privacy or personality rights have been infringed.

i) Your License will be governed by the laws of Switzerland and will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Lausanne, Switzerland, without regard to any international conflict of law provisions, and to the exclusion of the 1980 U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

1. How does lil SOLID 2.0 / lil SOLID Ez warranty work?

lil SOLID 2.0 / lil SOLID Ez warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

2. What cases are covered by the warranty?

Damage caused by the fault of the manufacturer or by a certain manufacturing defect, but was not caused by your misuse or reckless behavior of the device, could be considered a warranty case

Examples of potential warranty cases:

  • Crashes in the lil SOLID 2.0 / lil SOLID Ez software
  • lil lil SOLID 2.0 / lil SOLID Ez is not charging
  • The lights on the device are blinking red or not blinking at all
  • The battery is not holding charge or is damaged in a different way
  • You cannot turn on the new device (just purchased)

3. What cases are not covered by the warranty?

Non-warranty damages include those that have occurred due to careless or improper use of the device.

Examples of non-warranty cases:

  • malfunction damage caused by normal wear and tear elements;
  • cosmetic damages (such as scratches, dents, broken plastic, etc.) that do not impact the functionality of the product;
  • damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, unsuitable operating environment, natural disasters, power surge, contact with liquids or fire;
  • malfunction due to use with non-compatible consumables, power adaptor or cable;
  • damage or malfunction caused by attempt to open, modify and repair, either by a user or by a service provider not accredited by the manufacturer;
  • damage or malfunction caused by failure to use as described in the associated lil SOLID 2.0 / lil SOLID Ez User Guide;
  • normal battery performance depreciation, unless battery failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship;
  • devices containing fully or partially non genuine parts:
  • loss or theft of the product or its parts;
  • operation of the product in a country for which it was not originally designed or approved.

Electric Dreams Contest Terms and Conditions

1. The Electric Dreams Contest (“Contest”) is organised by Philip Morris (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, Level 25, 1 Powerhouse, No. 1, Persiaran Bandar Utama, Bandar Utama, 47800 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan (“Organiser”). This Contest is divided into two participation mechanics, based on the registration status of the participants as at 28 January 2026:

a. Referral Leaderboard – open to Existing IQOS Users, i.e. IQOS users who have registered and linked a device on the IQOS database before 28 January 2026.

b. Creative Submission – open to New IQOS Users, i.e. IQOS users who register and link a device on the IQOS database on or after 28 January 2026 (this date inclusive).

2. By participating in this Contest, participants agree:

a. To be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which may be modified from time to time.

b. That they have read and consented to the Privacy Notice available at  https://www.pmiprivacy.com/global/en/consumer/

3. This Contest shall commence from 28 January 2026 and shall end on 31 March 2026, both dates inclusive (“Contest Period”).

4. REFERAL LEADERBOARD – EXISTING IQOS USERS (IQOS USERS WHO HAVE REGISTERED AND LINKED A DEVICE ON THE IQOS DATABASE BEFORE 28 JANUARY 2026)

a. Eligibility

i. The Referral Leaderboard is open to individuals who are Registered IQOS Users residing in Malaysia, who have completed their IQOS registration prior to 28 January 2026, and have at least one IQOS or lil device linked to their account (“Registered IQOS Users”), regardless of the device purchased channel, including IQOS Partner, IQOS Authorised Centre, IQOS.com, or convenience shops

ii. Participants must meet the criteria outlined in the contest mechanics below.

iii. The following persons are not eligible to participate in this Contest:

1. Permanent and contract employees of Philip Morris (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd. (including its subsidiaries and related companies) and their respective immediate family members (eg, spouse, children, parent, brother or sister) are not eligible to participate in this contest.

2. Permanent and contract employees of Concentrix CVG Malaysia Sdn Bhd., including customer care agents.

3. Retail consultants of IQOS Authorised Centers.

iv. For clarity, if the participant is a Registered IQOS User as at 28 January 2026, then the participant is only eligible for Referral Leaderboard and is NOT eligible for Creative Submission.

b. Contest Mechanics – Referral Leaderboard

I. To participate, Registered IQOS Users must comply with the following:

i) Refer as many Eligible Referees as possible during the Contest Period under the current IQOS Referral Programme.

ii) “Eligible Referees” is a person who meets all of the following criteria:

I. Must be an adult smoker aged 18 years or over who would otherwise continue to smoke or use nicotine products, and resides in Malaysia;

II. Must be an adult smoker who purchases any of the Eligible Devices for personal consumption only, and must link the newly purchased device to their newly created profile on the IQOS database;

III. Must not be an IQOS registered user prior to purchasing the Eligible Device at any time during the Contest Period; and

IV. Must not be an individual who has never used tobacco or nicotine products or who has quit using tobacco and nicotine products.

iii) “Eligible Devices” means any IQOS ILUMA device. Lil device is not included.

V. All existing referral rewards and Terms and Conditions for the IQOS Referral Programme shall continue to apply. (www.iqos.com/my/en/legal.html). In the event of any discrepancies and ambiguities with these Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions for the IQOS Referral Programme, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail to the extent of such discrepancy or ambiguity.

VI. Registered IQOS Users with more than 15 referral counts prior to the Contest Period can still qualify for this Contest by referring. However, they will not enjoy the referral reward (TNG credits) from the IQOS Referral Programme.

c. Contest Winning Conditions

i. Top 53 winners will be selected from the Referral Leaderboard, based on the most number of successful referrals made during the Contest Period.

ii. Only referrals made during the Contest Period will be qualified and counted for this Contest. Previous referrals made outside the Contest Period will not be counted to the Contest.

a. Eligibility

i. The Creative Submission is open to individuals aged 18 years and above, who are current users of tobacco or nicotine products and residing in Malaysia.

ii. Participants must not own any previously registered IQOS or lil device linked under their name as at 28 January 2026.

iii. Participants must meet the criteria outlined in the contest mechanics below.

iv. Permanent and contract employees of Philip Morris (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd. (including its subsidiaries and related companies) and their respective immediate family members (eg, spouse, children, parent, brother or sister) are not eligible to participate in this contest.

v. For clarity, if the participant is not a Registered IQOS User and does not own any previously registered IQOS device linked under their name as at 28 January 2026, then the participant is only eligible for Creative Submission and is NOT eligible for Referral Leaderboard.

b. Contest Mechanics – Creative Submission

i. To participate, the eligible person must comply with the following:

i) During the Contest Period, purchase any IQOS ILUMA device for personal nicotine consumption only, register as a user in the IQOS database and link the purchased device to the new user profile. For the avoidance of doubt, Lil Solid Ez devices are not included in this Contest.

ii) Submit one original photograph (subject to the Photo Entry Requirements below) on the official creative contest submission page provided by the Organiser.

iii) If the participant submits more than one photograph, only the first photograph will be taken into consideration for the participant’s Contest entry.

ii. Photo Entry Requirements:

The submitted photograph must comply with the following guidelines:

i) Permitted Content:

I. Must clearly show and focus on the participant’s IQOS ILUMA device (product shots are acceptable).

II. Must clearly show at least one purple element (e.g., props, scenes, backgrounds, outfits, objects).

III. Is original, taken and owned by the participant (not sourced externally or from stock images).

IV. Keep the concept creative, clean, and visually aesthetic.

V.  Basic enhancements are allowed (e.g., exposure, contrast, shadows, highlights, colour grading, grain).

VI. High quality and not pixelated.

VII. Maximum file size per upload: 50 MB

VIII. Allowed file types: JPEG, PNG.

ii) Prohibited Content :

I. Featuring consumables or packaging (e.g., TEREA packaging, TEREA sticks/cartridges, pods).

II. Featuring any minor-related items (e.g., school badges, children’s drawings, strollers)

III. Depicting any person under 18 years of age, including reflections, silhouettes, or partial body parts (e.g., hands, shadows, outlines.).                                                                IV. Showing any identifiable human faces or facial features

V. Showing device usage or gestures simulating usage (e.g., near mouth, inhaling, smoke/vapor visible, cigarette-style rituals, or during heat cycle, charging, blinking or glowing).

VI. Including religious landmarks (mosques, temples, churches, shrines, religious objects), places of worship, national heritage sites (recognizable Malaysian buildings, state landmarks, iconic structures), or culturally/politically sensitive locations.

VII. AI-generated, synthetic, or digitally created using generative AI  tools.

VIII. Including any images implying health claims, medical advice, or detox narratives.

IX. Including any images depicting harm, violence, hate symbols, or illegal activity.

iii. Participants must submit their entry and provide consent as necessary in the contest entry form to confirm participation.

c. Contest Winning Conditions

i. Top 53 winners will be selected from the submitted Photo Entries during the Contest Period.

ii. Winners will be determined based on creativity, originality, and compliance with the Photo Entry Requirements.

iii. Non-compliant photographs will be rejected and disqualified from this Contest. The Organiser reserves the right to remove any submission that it deems inappropriate or non-compliant at its sole discretion.

6. CONTEST PRIZES

a. The full list of Contest Prizes are listed in Appendix A.

b. Winners will be notified via email and phone within 30 days after the end of the Contest Period.

c. Winners of the Contest must respond by no later than 48 hours from the receipt of the Organiser's email notification via email or phone to claim their Contest Prize. If a winner fails to provide a respond within the 48-hours timeframe, then the winner is deemed to have forfeited their right to claim the Contest Prize, and released the Organiser of all its obligations to the winner in connection with the Contest Prize or the Contest; and the winner shall have no claims whatsoever against the Organiser in respect of the Contest Prize or the Contest.

d. Winners shall be required to sign an acknowledgement form and such other documentations as deemed necessary by the Organiser for the receipt of their Contest Prizes.

e. The Contest Prizes are not transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other goods, in whole, or in part, and must be used by the original Contest winner and their guests only. The Organiser reserves the right, at their discretion, to replace the prize with one of approximately equivalent value at any time without prior notice.

f. If a winner declines or forfeits a Contest Prize, it will be automatically awarded to the next highest-ranked eligible participant in sequence. For example, if the participant ranked 2nd declines, the participant ranked 3rd will move up, and so on and so forth.

g. In order to qualify for and accept the Global Electric Dreams prize:

i. Winners must accept the itinerary provided by the Organiser and commit to attending the trip; and

ii. Winners must accept in writing all terms and conditions related to the Global Electric Dreams prize that is provided by the Organiser.

Any winner who fails to comply with this item 6(g) shall be deemed to have forfeit his/her Contest Prize and the Contest Prizes shall be awarded based on item 6(f) above.  

h. If the winner is unable to accept such itinerary or terms and conditions as provided by the Organiser, the winner forfeit their right to claim the Contest Prize, and releases the Organiser of all its obligations to the winner in connections with the Contest Prize or the Contest; and the winner shall have no claims whatsoever against the Organiser in respect of the Contest Prize or the Contest.

i. The Organiser reserves the right to take appropriate measures, which may include, but are not limited to, recovery of expenses or losses (in parts or in whole), should a winner cancel or fail to attend the Global Electric Dreams prize any time after confirming his/her acceptance of the said prize. 

j. To the fullest extent permitted by law, there are no, and the Organiser expressly excludes and disclaims any, representations, warranties, or endorsements, expressed or implied, written, or oral, including but not limited to, any warranty of quality, merchantability or suitability or fitness for a particular purpose in respect of the Contest prize.

k. Where applicable, the title in the Contest Prize and any risk of loss or damage to the Contest Prize will pass to the winner upon delivery of the Contest Prize to such winner. The Organiser shall not be liable for or obliged to recognize or replace any defective, lost, damaged or stolen Contest Prize where such defect, loss, or damage in respect of the Contest Prize is not due to the fault and/or negligence of the Organiser.

l. Where the Contest Prize is supplied by a third-party merchant, the Contest Prize is also subject to such terms and conditions as may be determined by the merchant and the winner shall comply with such terms and conditions. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the Contest Prize supplied by the merchant shall be resolved by the winner directly with the merchant. If any dispute(s) arise out of the merchant's terms and conditions applicable to the Contest Prize, the Organiser is not responsible in investigating or resolving the disputes, replacing or cancelling any Contest Prize as a result of such dispute(s).

m. For any Contest Prizes that include air travel, the Organiser shall only bear costs expressly included in the official itinerary. Without limitation, the winners shall bear all costs of transportation to and from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), and meals and refreshments consumed during travel (including en‑route, in‑flight, at airports, during transits or layovers). Meals expressly listed in the official itinerary at the destination are included; all other meals are excluded. The winners shall bear any and all liabilities, costs and expenses (including without limitation any incidental costs) to arrive at KLIA at the designated time and shall be responsible (at their own costs) for ensuring that they have all necessary travelling documents (including without limitation valid passports and visas) and satisfy all necessary requirements to enter the relevant country. The Organiser hereby excludes all liabilities in connection with the winners’ failure to arrive at KLIA at the designated time, failure to obtain all necessary travelling documents or failure to satisfy all necessary requirements.

n. For any Contest Prizes specific to cruise experience, organiser shall only bear costs expressly included in the official itinerary. Details of included items in the official itinerary will be communicated closer to the event date. Any items not expressly stated as included items shall be deemed Optional Add‑Ons and may require additional payment from the winners. The winners shall bear any and all liabilities, costs and expenses (including without limitation any incidental costs) for all costs of transportation to and from the designated port at the designated time and shall be responsible (at their own costs) for ensuring that they have all necessary travelling documents (including without limitation valid passports and visas) and satisfy all necessary requirements to enter the relevant country (if relevant). The Organiser hereby excludes all liabilities in connection with the winners’ failure to arrive at the designated port at the designated time, failure to obtain all necessary travelling documents or failure to satisfy all necessary requirements.

7. GENERAL TERMS​

a. The Organiser’s decisions on all matters relating to the Contest are final and binding.​ The participants acknowledge and agree that the Organiser reserves the sole and absolute discretion to make the final decision regarding this Contest.

b. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify participants or withhold the Contest Prize in cases of suspected fraud or illegal activity.

c. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organiser excludes all liability for losses, damages, claims, or expenses arising from or related to the Contest.​
