Frequently asked questions
This Referral Programme is an incentive-based referral programme that allows you to earn rewards when you successfully recommend friends to purchase the IQOS ILUMA series or lil SOLID Ez (“Eligible Device”), register with IQOS and link the Eligible Devices to their respective profiles.
You can be a referrer if you are an IQOS registered users residing in Malaysia (“Referrer”) who participates by introducing or referring contacts (“Referee”) who are adult smokers aged 18 years or over who would otherwise continue to smoke.
Your friend, i.e. a Referee, must be:
- An adult smoker aged 18 years or over that resides in Malaysia, who would otherwise continue to smoke or use nicotine products; and
- An adult who purchases their first Eligible Device, registers with us upon verification and link the Eligible Device to his/her profile.
You will be rewarded with Touch ‘n Go credits. The value of your reward depends on the Eligible Device that your friend purchased. You are eligible for a maximum of 10 referral rewards in total at any one point.
The TNG credit provided is not meant to be used for the purchase of any nicotine or tobacco products.
Send your referral code to your friend through any channel of your choice, but NOT via public posting on social media. Subject to age verification, your friend needs to register with IQOS, purchase the Eligible Device with your referral code for it, and link the Eligible Device to his/her profile to be considered a successful referral.
Your Touch ‘n Go reward (PIN reload) will be sent to you via the email address that you have provided during your registration. Please ensure your email address is valid and updated. At times, you may need to check your spam / junk mail to locate your Touch ‘n Go reward email.
You will receive your reward within 14 days after your friend has registered as a user, purchased an Eligible Device using your referral code and link the Eligible Device to his/her profile, subject always to age verification.

First, you will need to register for a Touch ‘n Go eWallet account and download the app on your smartphone. Launch the app and tap on “+ Add Money”. Choose "eWallet Balance" and tap on "Reload PIN". Yes, they can request to try any of the Eligible Device before buying in any IQOS Authorised Centres, provided that they purchase the relevant compatible SMARTCORE STICKSTM, HEETS or Fiit tobacco sticks. Our experts will guide them through a product demonstration to understand the benefits and how to use the Eligible Device. They can still get the rebate if they decide to buy the Eligible Device after the product demonstration.
