Yes, you can request to try any of the Eligible Device before buying in any IQOS Authorised Centres, provided that you purchase the relevant compatible SMARTCORE STICKS^TM, HEETS or Fiit tobacco sticks. Our experts will guide you through a product demonstration to understand the benefits and how to use the Eligible Device. You can still enjoy the discount if you decide to buy the Eligible Device after the product demonstration.

You can get the registered IQOS or lil SOLID user that referred you to send their referral code to your other friendswho are interested.

Your friend has to be:

an adult smoker aged 18 years or over that resides in Malaysia, who would otherwise continue to smoke or use nicotine products; and
an adult who purchases their first Eligible Device, registers with us upon verification and link the Eligible Device to his/her profile.
