Terms and Conditions for Offline Engagement Privileges

1. Application of Terms/ Eligibility

a. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to your participation in the Offline Engagement Privileges program (“offline privilege”) to ensure you have the best experience while using IQOS devices. These Terms also affect your rights and govern your relationship with IQOS Indonesia.

b. You may use the offline privilege if:

i. You are a user of the IQOS device, aged over 21, and able to present the device at the privilege redemption location.

ii. You are a member who has registered and enrolled the device in the IQOS Club Indonesia.

iii. You have and can present the privilege redemption card and still have available privilege credits (“credits”).

c. If you are not yet registered as a member of IQOS Club Indonesia, you can register and register your device through IQOS.com, by contacting customer care at 1500-975 or contact.id@iqos.com, meeting with our IQOS Expert, or by visiting an IQOS booth, IQOS kiosk, or IQOS partner.

d. By participating in the offline privilege program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree or cannot comply with these Terms, then you are not permitted to participate in the Trade In Program. No modification of these Terms by you is permitted unless IQOS Indonesia expressly agrees in writing.

e. We also reserve the right to amend these Terms upon notice at any time.

2. Requirements

a. The Offline Engagement Privilege Program allows you to receive special offers available at various merchants partnering with IQOS Indonesia.

b. You are required to present a redemption card when claiming privileges. In case of loss, there will be no replacement for the redemption card, and your rights in this program will automatically be considered forfeited.

c. The privileges you can receive depend on the terms and availability at each merchant, such as free coffee purchases, free food purchases, free parking, and other variations available at that time.

d. You can only claim privileges on certain days at each merchant partnering with IQOS Indonesia.

e. Privileges that can be redeemed by IQOS Club Indonesia members are limited to once per week and only during the contract period.

f. Each new member receives a total of 4 privilege credits.

g. The remaining privilege credits will not be deducted for claiming these extra privileges and must be used on the same day.

h. The termination of your participation in the Offline Privilege Program is entirely at our discretion, and we reserve the right to reject your application or terminate your right to participate in the Offline Privilege Program, including if you violate any of these terms.

3. Miscellaneous

a. Currently, the offline privilege program is only applicable to IQOS user and merchants located in the city of Bandung.

b. The offline privilege program has different periods at each merchant. Please inquire with the merchant staff on-site before claiming any privileges.

c. Each participating merchant in this program will have a special sign in the form of an Offline Privilege tent card at the cashier’s desk or an X-banner in the merchant area.

d. Each member possesses an identifier in the form of a unique redemption card utilizing RFID technology.

e. Privilege credits are valid until March 31, 2025, and any remaining credits will expire after this date.

f. Privilege credits are not equivalent to any currency value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred to other users.
