 Common IQOS CLUB points issues

· Technical glitches: 

Sometimes the IQOS website may experience technical difficulties. This can prevent you from accessing your points or completing the redemption process.

· Account issues:

If there’s a problem with your account like incomplete profile information or verification issues, you cannot register for IQOS CLUB.
