Warranty
IQOS™ has a warranty for 12 months from the purchase date.
The warranty lasts for 12 months from the purchase date.
To join, you must be a legal-age smoker who would like to continue enjoying tobacco products and switch from cigarettes to IQOS. That’s it!

The duration of IQOS warranty is 12 months from the date of purchase of IQOS ILUMA i™ device (Pocket Charger and Holder) in your country.
IQOS warranty covers repair or replacement of IQOS ILUMA i™ Holder and/or Pocket Charger if they show defect in material or workmanship, and when they are used to the User Guide.
If you register your IQOS ILUMA i device within 30 days from purchase, you can extend this warranty to 2 years for any type of IQOS ILUMA i™ devices.
For registered IQOS ILUMA i PRIME™ devices, on top of extended IQOS Warranty you will also get 2 years Accidental Damage protection and offered only one time per each kit – (Holder/or PC whichever needs first).
IQOS warranty does not cover electronic (e.g charging cables, etc.) or non-electronic accessories (e.g wraps, sleeves, doors, etc.).
If a repair is not possible, we’ll provide a replacement product or component with equivalent functionality, matching colour and model (based on availability).
IQOS warranty is in addition and without prejudice to all rights and remedies you have under the consumer protection law in the country of purchase. Terms and Conditions apply.

Products with expired warranty are excluded from the warranty service.
Unfortunately, not. If your device needs to be replaced, it will be replaced by the same model (i.e., IQOS ILUMA device will be replaced with IQOS ILUMA device).
All IQOS ILUMA™ and IQOS ILUMA i™ devices come with 1-year IQOS warranty.
For certain devices, if you register your device within 30 days from purchase, we offer extended IQOS warranty and other services.
