I’ve changed my mind, can I amend or cancel my order?

You are entitled to cancel your order placed online or via the IQOS Customer Care team within 15 minutes from the moment of order placement by contacting IQOS Customer Care team. After that it is not possible to amend or cancel the order, and you will need to return the items for a refund.*
