1. What are badges?

A badge is a digital recognition awarded to members for completing a specific action or a set of actions within a defined eligibility period, which may unlock associated benefits as determined by Us.

2. Where did my tiers and points go?

We are redefining the IQOS CLUB Loyalty from point collection and tier system to badge collection. Complete engagements to unlock badges and get various benefits from different badges. 

Your previous points and engagements will be translated into badges with corresponding engagement requirements upon the launch of the new IQOS CLUB Loyalty.

3. How do I claim my benefits from unlocking a badge?

You will receive an e-mail to your registered e-mail address, containing the benefit within 3x24 hours of unlocking the badge.

4. Will I be able to still redeem my benefits if I missed its eligibility period?

Unfortunately, you will no longer be able to redeem the benefits once you have missed the eligibility period of the benefit. 

Please make sure to check your registered e-mail to confirm the eligibility period of the benefit.

5. What is IQOS Experience Check In?

IQOS Experience Check In is a digital survey for our IQOS Club member, where they can share their experiences with their IQOS journey.

IQOS Experience Check In will be sent periodically through email

6. Where can I find the IQOS Experience Check In?

You will receive an email at your registered email address containing the IQOS Experience Check-In survey.
