What options do I have for delivery?
There are two IQOS shipping options available to you:
- Regular Delivery (Java 1 - 3 Days, Outside Java 3 - 7 days)
- Same Day Delivery*
*Same day delivery applies in certain cities. Same‑day delivery applies to orders confirmed before 14:00 WIB. For accessory purchases, shipments may be sent separately from Jakarta and will arrive within 24–72 hours. Orders confirmed after the cutoff time will be processed on the following day.
