What options do I have for delivery?
There are two IQOS shipping options available to you:
- Regular Delivery (Java 1 - 3 Days, Outside Java 3 - 7 days)
- Same Day Delivery*
*Same day delivery applies in certain cities. Same‑day delivery applies to orders confirmed before 14:00 WIB (excluding public holiday). For accessory purchases, shipments may be sent separately from Jakarta and will arrive within 24–72 hours. Orders confirmed after the cutoff time will be processed on the following day.
