1. IQOS

IQOS is a smoke-free device that uses the SMARTCORE INDUCTION SYSTEM™, an innovative heating system. IQOS technology heats tobacco, not burns it. The fundamental principle of the IQOS device is to produce aerosol different from "tar" and containing significantly fewer harmful chemicals.* IQOS generates 95% lower levels of harmful chemicals than cigarettes.** Switching completely to IQOS is much less harmful than continuing to smoke.***

2. POD

POD is an electronic cigarette (vape) used for inhaling nicotine through a funnel connected with a magnet on the body of the vape machine. Its operation involves heating liquid to produce vapor.

3. MOD

MOD, on the other hand, is an electronic cigarette that allows users to modify components such as coils and wicks, thereby altering mechanics and power resistance.

IQOS uses specially processed, genuine tobacco leaves compressed into tobacco sticks called TEREA™ sticks. Operation and User Convenience

The IQOS device is equipped with advanced features and smart gestures that allow you to control its usage more conveniently, including:

1. Autostart

When the TEREA™ tobacco stick is inserted, your holder will vibrate to indicate that the SMARTCORE INDUCTION SYSTEM™ has automatically initiated the initial heating. You do not need to adjust the IQOS WebApp for autostart to function, but you can use the IQOS WebApp to deactivate the autostart feature. When ready for use, the device will vibrate for the second time. You can also manually start heating by pressing the side button.

2. Smart Gesture

The smart gesture feature allows you to check how much battery power remains in your holder. Simply tilt the holder towards you when not in use, and the lights on the holder will indicate the battery power level.

3. Checking Remaining Usage

Double-tap your holder, and multiple vibrations* will indicate how much of your usage remains. For example:

3 vibrations = 75-50%

2 vibrations = 50-25%

1 vibration = <25%
