By registering your device within 30 days from the date of purchase, you will get additional services, that is an extension or addition of 1 year (12 months) of the warranty period only for the IQOS ILUMA i and ILUMA i Prime devices you own. So, you can enjoy the IQOS ILUMA i device warranty service for 2 years.
For those of you who have issues with your devices, the replacement warranty process can be obtained after the device diagnosis has been completed by IQOS Expert. If the results of the device diagnosis still have problems and are still under warranty, the device will be replaced with the same device you have.
