Program Terms & Condition:

General Terms

Participants are members of the IQOS Club who are registered

Participants must read, understand, and comply with the terms and conditions outlined below, including any changes made by the Organizer from time to time ("Terms & Conditions").

Program Duration

The program runs from 5^th July to 30^st December 2024. 

How to Participate in the Program

• You must be a member of the IQOS Club Indonesia
• Scan the QR or go to the IQOS Stories page on the IQOS.com website
• Share your photos of IQOS ILUMA x Steve Aoki exclusive limited edition. Then submit the story
• Photos are not permitted to show consumable products
• The Organizer will select and announce the chosen IQOS Club members through email or by contacting IQOS Club members as per the data registered on the Participant's account.
• The selection period for IQOS Club members will be conducted at the end of the month during the program period.
• The Organizer reserves the right to verify and/or validate Participant data and may: (i) disqualify the selected Participant; and/or (ii) refuse or cancel rewards if the selected Participant is suspected of cheating or violating these Terms and Conditions in any form.

Reward

• The reward is intended for 5 selected participants with a reward in the form of a Gift Voucher worth IDR 1mio
• Rewards are non-transferable and only for 21+.

Additional Terms

• Selected members of the IQOS Club Indonesia will be contacted no later than 31 days after the story selection period.
• By participating in the Program and submitting your entry, you agree to the Program's Terms and Conditions and allow the Organizer to use your submission for marketing and commercial purposes in all jurisdictions and without time limit.
• The Organizer's decisions are final and cannot be disputed.
• This Program is free, and the Organizer will not request any fees or expenses during the Program.
• The Program is not intended for employees of the Organizer and its affiliates, as well as parties related to the Program Organizer. Each Participant who participates in this Program guarantees that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete during the Program period.
• By participating in this Program, Participants agree and grant permission to PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. and/or its affiliates to:
  • Acquire, collect, process, analyze, store, display, announce, transmit, publish, and/or share the personal data of Participants and any Winners (including but not limited to information such as name, photo, identification number, telephone number) for the purposes related to the Program.
  • Contact Participants directly.
  • Disclose Participants' personal data to PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. and/or its affiliates to perform the above actions and to authorized parties (if required by the applicable laws of the Republic of Indonesia); and/or
  • All Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) arising from the implementation of this program, including but not limited to ideas, copyrights, photos, videos, characters, music, sound recordings, designs, films, and other materials ("Intellectual Property Rights"), for commercial purposes, will be fully owned by PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. and/or its affiliates in all jurisdictions and without time limit.
