Terms and Conditions for participating in IQOS CLUB

1.            Overview of IQOS CLUB

1.1          IQOS CLUB (as defined below) is a loyalty program for adult consumers (verified to be above 18 years of age through checking of national ID, passport or other official documents indicating age) of IQOS products, meeting the requirements of these Terms. Through IQOS CLUB you are able to earn digital badges by completing certain actions. Badges unlock a range of Benefits (as defined below) once specific action or a set of actions specified in IQOS CLUB are completed. 

1.2          We use certain defined terms in these Terms (as defined below) which are in bold. A list of these defined terms is provided at paragraph 15. 

2.            Application of Terms

2.1          These terms and conditions (Terms) are applicable to and govern your participation in the IQOS CLUB program (IQOS CLUB). You should read these Terms carefully as they affect your legal rights and govern your relationship with Philip Morris Misr LLC.2.2         If you do not agree (or cannot comply) with these Terms, then you are not permitted to participate in IQOS CLUB.   

2.3          You agree to be bound by these Terms by: (i) registering for IQOS CLUB pursuant to paragraph 4.1; (ii) registering at least one Device to your IQOS account; and (iii) using Benefits.  If you register more than one Device, you will still only have one IQOS CLUB membership. If we change these Terms, and you then use these Benefits, or you register another Device, you agree to be bound by the changed Terms.  

2.4          Your acceptance of these Terms is deemed to occur in the country of your registered residence as per our IQOS database. 

2.5          We reserve the right to amend these Terms and the mechanics and Benefits upon notice at any time. If you do not agree to any such amendments, you may terminate your membership of IQOS CLUB. 

2.6          No modification of these Terms by you is permitted unless Philip Morris expressly agrees in writing. 

2.7          Philip Morris Misr LLC reserves the right to remove you from the program if any of the Terms are broken or in the case of abuse of any of the earning actions of badges meant to reward you. Removal from IQOS Club could also result in losing any unredeemed rewards you may have earned during the time of your membership in IQOS CLUB.

3.            Eligibility

3.1          You are only eligible for membership of IQOS CLUB if: (i) you are a verified adult smoker or IQOS user aged 18 years old and above and you are registered in our IQOS database; (ii) your main residence is in Egypt; and (iii) you registered at least one Device to your IQOS account. 

3.2          IQOS CLUB membership is only open to living persons. Companies, partnerships, unincorporated associations and other legal entities are not eligible for membership.  

3.3          A member of IQOS CLUB may not have multiple memberships. You must maintain only one account in IQOS CLUB. 

4.            Registration 

4.1          To register for IQOS CLUB you must register at least one eligible device as described in paragraph 4.2 (Device) in our database.  You can register the Device: (i) by calling the customer service center at 15647; or (ii) through a Philip Morris IQOS coach in store. Devices purchased from IQOS official website (iqos.com) come pre-registered.

4.2          You are able to register the following Device models for purposes of your membership to IQOS CLUB: 

a.      IQOS ILUMA, IQOS ILUMA PRIME, IQOS ILUMA ONE; 

b.      IQOS ILUMA i, IQOS ILUMA i PRIME, IQOS ILUMA i ONE; and/or 

c.       If applicable, any future Devices which qualify you for membership to IQOS CLUB.  

4.3          Registration on iqos.com may take place at any time provided you are an adult user of one of the above mentioned Device models. In completing the registration process you must provide all required mandatory information in an accurate and complete manner and keep this information up-to-date. If you do not complete the mandatory fields in the application form (such as, for example, age, smoker status, email address and phone number) your application will not proceed. If you provide inaccurate or incomplete information, Philip Morris reserves the right to terminate your membership of IQOS CLUB without notice. 

4.4          Following the registration process for IQOS CLUB you will be informed whether your registration is successful. Membership of IQOS CLUB and Benefits it provides are personal to you, and may not be transferred to any third party. 

4.5          IQOS CLUB is only available in certain countries. Your use of IQOS CLUB is linked to your country of residence. If you change your country of residence, then your membership in that country automatically expires and you must inform us and reapply to use IQOS CLUB in your new country of residence (if IQOS CLUB is available in that country). 

5.  Earning Actions

5.1 Members may earn digital badges by completing a specific action or a set of actions specified in IQOS CLUB. Actions may include, but are not limited to, specific product purchases, engagements, or events participation.  

5.2 Members may view the current list of required actions and their progress through their IQOS CLUB account. 

5.3 The required actions are subject to change without prior notice, and Philip Morris may add, modify, or remove actions at any time at its own discretion. 

5.4 Members are responsible for ensuring timely and accurate completion of the required actions within a defined eligibility period to earn a badge. Actions completed outside of the eligibility period will not be counted for badge qualification. 

5.5 Certain badges or badge levels may require additional requirements or criteria to become available. These criteria will be communicated in IQOS CLUB and may be updated or amended at any time without notice at the discretion of Philip Morris. 

5.6 Actions done prior to full enrollment in IQOS CLUB will not count towards their progression for a badge. Members have the full accountability to check and make sure they have completed all the required criteria to be eligible for IQOS CLUB membership prior to engaging in any actions that are otherwise rewardable by badges. The reward for this badge will only be limited to 3rd party partners vouchers and will not be applicable on any devices or accessories.

6. Badges

6.1 A badge is a digital recognition awarded to members for completing a specific action or a set of actions within a defined eligibility period, which may unlock associated Benefits as determined by Philip Morris. 

6.2. Badge Eligibility Periods: 

Occasional Badges: These badges are tied to specific campaign or event, with eligibility period defined by start and end dates. The duration of eligibility period will be specified for each badge. 

Always-On Badges: These badges have an annual eligibility period. Members can earn these badges once per calendar year (from January 1st to December 31st). Eligibility and progress resets at the start of each calendar year. 

Journey Badges: These badges have an unrestricted eligibility period unless specified otherwise in IQOS CLUB.  

One-off Badges: These are badges the member can earn only once during their tenure.

6.3 A badge can be earned only once within its defined eligibility period. For badges tied to a calendar year, this means once per year; for campaign-specific badges, this means once per campaign. 

6.4 Badge requirements, eligibility criteria, and availability may vary and are subject to change at any time without notice at the discretion of Philip Morris. 

6.5 Philip Morris retains full authority to modify badge rules, eligibility periods, or requirements as necessary, at any time without notice at the discretion of Philip Morris. 

6.6 Members who have remaining balance as of 8 Febuary 2026 from the previous version of IQOS CLUB amounting to 63 points or more will have this amount transferred into “Legacy Badge” in the new version allowing them to still redeem this amount until 30 June 2026.

7. Benefits

7.1 Upon earning a badge, members could be eligible to select a Benefit from a list of available options, as displayed in their IQOS CLUB account. Benefits choices may vary depending on inventory, and availability, and Philip Morris makes no guarantee that specific Benefit will always remain available. Earning a badge does not necessarily mean getting a Benefit, some badges do not provide any Benefits. 

7.2 Benefits associated with badges become available upon earning the badge unless otherwise stated. The Benefits may include discounts, access to events, or exclusive offers, which will be outlined in IQOS CLUB. 

7.3 Benefits are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Certain Benefits may have restrictions and/or expiration dates, and Philip Morris reserves the right to limit Benefits quantities, substitute Benefits, or modify Benefits offerings at any time without prior notice at the discretion of Philip Morris. 

7.4 Once a badge is redeemed and a reward was selected, it can not be reversed to its original state or substituted with another reward.

7.5 Philip Morris may establish additional rules regarding the redemption of Benefits, time-limitations, and special conditions for Benefits selection. 

8. Your Obligations  

You agree: 

(a)           not to misuse the IQOS CLUB program, including its Benefits; 

(b)          not to obtain Benefits by fraud; 

(c)           to treat our staff and those of our Service Partners with courtesy and respect; 

(d)          to keep your membership account, including its password, safe and secure;  

(e)           to comply with applicable law; and 

(f)           to comply with these Terms. 

9.            Data Privacy/Communications

9.1          Philip Morris will receive, store, and otherwise process your personal information in connection with administering the IQOS CLUB and your participation in it. To learn how we will use your personal information collected in connection with your IQOS CLUB account, read the Philip Morris Privacy Notice at https://www.pmi.com/privacy-notice. For the full Benefits you will receive communications from IQOS regarding the IQOS CLUB program. 

10.         Termination and Opt-Out

10.1       The term of your membership in IQOS CLUB is from the date of joining to IQOS CLUB and continues until termination of your membership according to the Terms. 

10.2       You may terminate your membership of IQOS CLUB at any time with immediate effect by notifying Philip Morris at contact.eg@iqos.com.  

10.3       Your membership in IQOS CLUB may be terminated at any time with immediate effect without prior notice should your eligibility change or in the case of suspicious or fraudulent activity. Such activities could also lead to full deletion of your IQOS account and exposes you to legal liability.

10.4       Philip Morris may terminate your membership with IQOS CLUB at any time with immediate effect if you breach these Terms. In addition, Philip Morris may terminate your membership for any reason upon 30 days’ notice.  

10.5       Upon termination of your membership of IQOS CLUB, you are no longer entitled to receive any of the Benefits, any unused Benefits are cancelled automatically and your membership data are permanently deleted from IQOS internal systems.  

10.6       You may opt out of IQOS CLUB membership at any time. If you choose to opt out, you will not be able to access IQOS CLUB pages, collect badges and use other Benefits.  

11.         Warranty/Representation/Limitation of Liability

11.1       As your membership of IQOS CLUB is free of charge, it is provided ‘As Is’ and without any warranty. 

11.2       Philip Morris makes no representations as to any income, use, excise or other tax liability you may incur as a result of your membership of IQOS CLUB. You are advised to check with your accountant or tax adviser for further information, and are solely responsible for any tax liability incurred as a result of your membership of IQOS CLUB, or receipt of Benefits. 

11.3       Philip Morris shall not be liable to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law whether in tort (including for negligence or breach of statutory duty), contract, misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise for any direct losses, loss of profits, sales, revenues or savings, loss of business, depletion of goodwill and/or similar losses or loss or corruption of data or information, or pure economic loss, or for any special, indirect or consequential loss, costs, damages, charges or expenses however arising or otherwise resulting from your membership of IQOS CLUB or your use of any of the Benefits related to the IQOS CLUB. Philip Morris shall not be liable for any of the losses described in this paragraph 11.3 even if you have informed Philip Morris of the possibility of such losses.  

11.4       Nothing in this paragraph 11 excludes any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.  

12.         Ownership and Risk

12.1       Ownership of Benefits remains with Philip Morris at all times and never passes to you. You have a right to use Benefits in accordance with these Terms. 

12.2       Risk in Benefits passes to you as soon as you redeem a Benefit. 

13.         Non-Transferability

13.1       Other than as specifically notified by Philip Morris for a particular Benefit in writing, Benefits are not redeemable for cash, refundable or exchangeable. At no time may Benefits be purchased by, sold to, bartered or otherwise transferred to any third party including any other member unless specifically authorized to do so. Philip Morris may cancel any Benefits dealt with in this way. 

13.2       Any attempted sale or transfer of Benefits contrary to these Terms is a material breach and will automatically result in the termination of your membership. 

14.         Miscellaneous

14.1       IQOS CLUB is provided free of charge but Philip Morris reserves the right to charge for membership in the future. You won’t be charged without prior notification and your consent.

14.3       Philip Morris reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the eligibility of you or any person who uses, or, in the case of suspension, is suspected of using, IQOS CLUB in a manner inconsistent with these Terms or applicable law. In addition to suspension or discontinuance of IQOS CLUB eligibility, Philip Morris shall have the right to take appropriate administrative and/or legal action, as it deems necessary in its sole discretion. 

14.4       Philip Morris’s failure to enforce these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of these Terms, or any of its provision.  

14.6       Upon the death of any IQOS CLUB member, Badges and/or Benefits accumulated by that IQOS CLUB member are automatically cancelled. 

14.7       All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the IQOS CLUB, the availability of Benefits, or your compliance with these Terms will be resolved by Philip Morris in its sole discretion. The decision of Philip Morris shall be binding. 

14.8       Philip Morris is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by you while participating in IQOS CLUB, nor for any lost or misdirected communications to or from you regarding the IQOS CLUB, unless they were provided by Philip Morris.   

14.9       You are responsible for maintaining updated contact information on your IQOS CLUB account. 

14.10     Notices by Philip Morris hereunder may be made in writing including by email or through an announcement on our iqos.com website. 

14.11     These Terms are subject to the laws of the registered office of Philip Morris. Any legal dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the city in which Philip Morris has its registered office.  

14.12     Any provision of these Terms declared void or unenforceable by any competent authority or court shall, to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability, be deemed severable and shall not affect the other provisions remaining which shall continue unaffected.  

14.13     If there is any conflict in meaning between the English language version of these Terms and any version or translation of these Terms in any other language, the English language version shall prevail. 

15.         Definitions

15.1       For the purpose of these Terms: 

Benefits Means the benefits, privileges, and rewards of IQOS CLUB as referenced in paragraph 7. 

Device Means an eligible IQOS device model listed in paragraph 4.2. 

IQOS CLUB Has the meaning described in paragraph 1.1. 

Philip Morris Has the meaning described in paragraph 2.1.

Terms    Has the meaning described in paragraph 2.1.
