Both VEEV One and other e-cigarette devices heat a nicotine containing liquid to generate aerosol. For the most part, e-cigarette devices use a wick-and-coil technology and a cartridge.

As soon as you take your VEEV One device you should charge it. When your device is fully charged, the LED light will stay on until the charging cable is removed.

You can now insert a VEEV One pod to get your experience started.

To prevent minors from accessing our product, the device can be locked through the following steps: 

• If you want to lock your device, insert and immediately remove the pod 3 times within 3 seconds. Light will blink RED, then WHITE 1 time. Your device is locked. 
• Repeat the same process to unlock your device. The Light will blink WHITE 1 time. You can use your device. During usage the WHITE Light will fade in and out.

• VEEV One device and VEEV One pods are not for minors.  This product is not risk free and is addictive.

• VEEV One features 3 battery level indicators, so you always know when it is time to charge.

• Before first use, charge your device with a compatible and certified Power Adaptor and Charging Cable in accordance with enclosed Safety Warnings and Instructions. When your device is fully charged, the WHITE Light will stay ON until the Charging Cable is removed.

• Less than 50 minutes to fully charge your VEEV One device using a manufacturer supplied charging cable (supplied in the box) and the AC power adaptor (a certified power adaptor you should obtain from a reputable source). For optimal charging performance, only use a manufacturer-approved charging cable. 

• When the device is fully charged, the white LEDs light will briefly stay ON for 2 seconds and slowly fade out
• The light will blink red and then white 5 times to indicate the device is out of charge. Recharge the device to continue using.

• Your VEEV One device should not be used until it has been recharged.

• VEEV One device is equipped with smart digital controls to signal that the pod is almost empty 

• VEEV One pod e-liquid is fully visible 

If, during usage, the pod is getting almost empty, the light of the device will blink red, then white for 3 times. Your VEEV One device cannot be used.

• This is designed to prevent overheating and burnt taste

• In this case, simply replace your VEEV One pod to continue using your VEEV One

If you insert VEEV One Pod while device unlocked, the status light will blink white once and then move to Vape phase to indicate you can use the device
If you insert VEEV One POD while device is locked, the status light will blink red, then white once.

Yes, you can easily change the pod at any time and on the go, with its new magnetic connector made for easy insertion and removal. 

When inserting VEEV One Pod while device ON, the status light will blink white once and then you can start vaping.

To remove your VEEV One pod:
Hold the VEEV One pod and, without twisting, pull it away from the device

When the light blinks white:
• 1 blink: Your device is turned on
• 2 blinks: Your device stopped working as it is outside of its operating temperature range
• 5 blinks: Your device stopped working temporarily. Waiting the blinking is over to continue using your device.

When the light blinks red, then white:
• 1 blink: your device is turned off
• 3 blinks: low liquid detection. To continue using your device, replace the pod
• 5 blinks: Your device is out of charge. Recharge to continue using your device.

When the light blinks red:
• 4 blinks: Pod malfunctions. Try to re-insert the pod. If the red light stays on, wipe the contacts, if the issue persists continues replace the pod.
• 10 blinks: the device is not working. Please contact customer care.

What should I do if my VEEV One vaping device is not working? 

In the event that the LED light blinks red 4 times:
o If the pod malfunctions. Try re-inserting the pod. If the red light stays on wipe the contacts and if the issues continues replace the pod

In the event that the LED light blinks red 10 times it indicates that the device is not working, please contact, Customer Care.
