All your Trade In questions answered

Yes you can. You just have to make sure that your IQOS device that you plan to trade in however, is complete with both the Holder and Pocket Charger.
The Trade In program is applicable to the entire IQOS ILUMA range. 
Once your current IQOS 3 series or earlier device is verified by the sales expert at the IQOS Boutique or a participating IQOS selling store as being eligible, you can receive a trade-in value which equates to 40% of the purchase price of a new IQOS ILUMA device which you intend to purchase. The trade in value must then be used against the purchase price of the selected IQOS ILUMA device.
