How long are the delivery times?
Same Day Delivery (See deliverable areas)
Order from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm to receive your order within the day. Same day delivery is limited within select deliverable areas. Orders placed beyond 3:00 pm will be delivered in the following day.
Standard delivery (All Other Areas)
Orders outside of these select same day delivery areas will be delivered within 1-12 business days depending on the location.
How do I receive my order
To receive your order please provide a copy of your government issued ID. In case you are not available to receive your order please provide a letter of authorization and copy of your government issued ID. Your authorized recipient must also be 18 or above and must also present a copy of their GIID.
