Leads Programme

Programme

  1. The BONDS by IQOS Leads Programme (“Programme”) is organized by Philip Morris (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd of Level 25, 1Powerhouse, Persiaran Bandar Utama, Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya, Selangor 47800 (“Organiser”), effective 5th October 2026.

Eligibility and Participation

  • 2. This Programme is open to all smokers residing in Malaysia who meet the following criteria: (1) are 18 years old or over; (2) are not registered as BONDS by IQOS, IQOS or VEEV users in Malaysia; and (3) do not have any device linked to their BONDS by IQOS, IQOS or VEEV account respectively (“Eligible Person”).
  • 3. To participate in this Programme, the Eligible Person shall register as a “Leads” under this Programme in the IQOS database. Once registered, Leads will:
  • (a) receive communications regarding the Organiser’s offerings from time to time; and
  • (b) receive the First Device Voucher as detailed below.

First Device Voucher Conditions

  • 4. After registration, a Leads will receive the First Device Voucher via email which can be used at any IQOS Authorised Centre, IQOS Partners or via our IQOS Care Team at 1800-81-0958.
  • 5. All Leads who purchased and registered their BONDS 2 by IQOS device (“Eligible Device”) using the First Device Voucher will receive RM30 off their Eligible Device purchase. For clarity, a Leads is only entitled to ONE (1) First Device Voucher which can be used for the purchase of ONE (1) Eligible Device only, and cannot be used for any accessory purchases.
  • 6. Periodically, this First Device Voucher also offers boosters that give out additional rewards for the Leads and the Leads will be subject to the boosters’ terms and conditions as the case may be. In the event of any discrepancies between the boosters’ terms and conditions and these terms and conditions, the boosters’ terms and conditions shall prevail to the extent of any such discrepancies.
  • 7. The First Device Voucher is valid for 30 days from the date the Leads receives the email containing the voucher. The Organiser reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, amend, or terminate the First Device Voucher or this Programme without prior notice.
  • 8. The First Device Voucher cannot be used with any other IQOS-related vouchers, in-store deals or special offers, unless stated otherwise in the relevant terms and conditions of other programmes, promotions, offers and the like. For example, if you use the First Device Voucher to purchase an Eligible Device, you are eligible for RM30 off the Eligible Device only and will not be able to apply any other voucher code on top of it.

Miscellaneous

  • 9. By participating in this Programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (as modified and varied from time to time). You hereby agree the personal data processing stated in the privacy notice in https://www.pmiprivacy.com/en/consumer.
  • 10. The Organiser’s decisions on all matters relating to this Programme will be final and binding, including without limitation, the applicability of the First Device Voucher, IQOS-related vouchers, in-store deals or special offers to a purchase.
  • 11. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend this Programme without notice. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination or suspension by the Organiser shall not warrant any claim or compensation against the Organiser for any losses, damages, liabilities, claims, costs and expenses suffered.
  • 12. The Organiser reserves the right as it deems fit to modify, vary, amend or change any of these Terms and Conditions without notice, and such modification, variance, amendment or change shall become effective upon the posting of the new version of Terms and Conditions on https://www.iqos.com/my/en/legal-bonds.html. Your continued participation in this Programme after such changes signifies your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions. You are advised to regularly review these Terms and Conditions posted on the Website of such changes.
  • 13. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify you, or not to accept your participation in this Programme, or withhold or not honour the First Device Voucher if there is suspicion of fraud, misrepresentation, illegal activity or breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
  • 14. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organiser hereby excludes all losses, damages, liabilities, claims, costs and expenses arising from or related to this Programme. By participating in this Programme, you agree that you will not hold the Organiser and its employees, representatives and/or agents, liable for any losses, damages, liabilities, claims, costs and expenses that you may incur, in connection with this Programme.

  • 16. If a court or other authority decides that some of these Terms and Conditions are unlawful or unenforceable, the rest of these Terms and Conditions will continue to apply.
  • 17. These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of Malaysia. Any legal dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
  • 18. In the event of any inconsistencies between the English version and the Bahasa Malaysia version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

Registration Programme

Programme

  1. This BONDS by IQOS Consumer Registration Reward Programme (“Programme”) is organized by Philip Morris (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, Level 25, 1 Powerhouse, No. 1, Persiaran Bandar Utama, Bandar Utama, 47800 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan (“Organiser”), effective 1st October 2026 (“Effective Date”).

Eligibility and Participation

  • 2. This Programme is open to both new and existing registered users residing in Malaysia who has purchased a BONDS 2 by IQOS device (“Device”) and registered as a user via the Self-Service Registration Platform or IQOS Care Team (“Registered User”).
  • 3. By participating in this Programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (as modified and varied from time to time). You hereby agree to the personal data processing stated in the privacy notice in https://www.pmiprivacy.com/en/consumer.

Criteria and Reward

  • 4. The Registered User shall be entitled to receive the registration reward (“Reward”) based on the Device that they have purchased and registered as set out below:

  • 5. The Reward provided is not meant to be used for the purchase of any nicotine or tobacco products.
  • 6. The eligibility for this Reward is capped at any first five (5) Devices only, registered from the Effective Date onwards.
  • 7. The Reward is not applicable for Devices purchased and/or registered in IQOS Authorised Centre and IQOS.com.
  • 8. The Reward will be sent to the Registered User via email through the Registered User’s validated email address within thirty (30) days from the date the Registered User is successfully recorded as a validated user in the IQOS database.
  • 9. The Reward is valid for three (3) months from the date of issuance. It can be redeemed at any TNG merchant including IQOS Authorised Centre.
  • 10. The Reward is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other goods, whether in part or full. The Organiser reserves the right at its discretion to substitute the Reward with other product of approximately equivalent value at any time without prior notice.
  • 11. Where the Reward is supplied by a third-party merchant, the Reward is also subject to such terms and conditions as may be determined by the merchant. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the Reward supplied by the merchant shall be resolved by the Registered User directly with the merchant, and the Organiser is not responsible in investigating or resolving the disputes, replacing or cancelling any Reward as a result of such dispute(s).
  • 12. To the fullest extent permitted by law, there are no, and the Organiser expressly excludes and disclaims any, representations, warranties, or endorsements, expressed or implied, written, or oral, including but not limited to, any warranty of quality, merchantability or suitability or fitness for a particular purpose in respect of the Reward.
  • 13. The title in the Reward and any risk of loss or damage to the Reward will pass to the Registered User upon delivery of the Reward to such winner. The Organiser shall not be liable for or obliged to recognize or replace any defective, lost, damaged or stolen Reward where such defect, loss, or damage in respect of the Reward is not due to the fault and/or negligence of the Organiser.

Miscellaneous

  • 14. The Organiser decisions on all matters relating to the Programme will be final and binding.
  • 15. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Programme without prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination, or suspension by the Organiser of the Programme shall not warrant any claim or compensation against the Organiser for any losses or damages suffered.
  • 16. The Organiser reserves the right as it deems fit to modify, vary, amend or change any of these Terms and Conditions without notice, and such modification, variance, amendment or change shall become effective upon the posting of the new version of Terms and Conditions https://www.iqos.com/my/en/legal-bonds.html. Your continued participation in the Programme after such changes signifies your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.   • 17. If there is suspicion of fraud, misrepresentation, illegal activity or breach of any of these Terms and Conditions, the Organiser reserves the right to disqualify you, or not accept your participation in this Programme, or withhold or not honour the Reward.
  • 18. The Organiser will not be liable for any default due to any act of God, war, riot, strike, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm, epidemic, pandemic, technical or system failure or any event beyond its reasonable control.
  • 19. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organiser hereby excludes all losses, damages, liabilities, claims, costs and expenses arising from or related to this Programme. By participating in this Programme, you agree that you will not hold the Organiser and its employees, representatives and/or agents, liable for any losses, damages, liabilities, claims, costs and expenses that you may incur, in connection with this Programme.
  • 20. These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of Malaysia. Any legal dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

Birthday eVoucher

  1. This Birthday eVoucher worth RM50 (“Birthday eVoucher”) is provided by Philip Morris (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd of Level 25, 1Powerhouse, Persiaran Bandar Utama, Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya, Selangor 47800 (“Organiser”) and is only available to registered BONDS by IQOS users who are nicotine users aged 18 years old or above with BONDS 2 by IQOS device(s) linked under their names in Malaysia (“Registered User”).
  2. The Birthday eVoucher is only limited to one (1) redemption per Registered User per calendar year, on your birthday month only. By redeeming this Birthday eVoucher, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (as may be amended or updated from time to time). You hereby agree to the personal data processing stated in the privacy notice in https://www.pmiprivacy.com/en/consumer.
  3. The Birthday eVoucher can be redeemed in any IQOS Authorised Centres or IQOS Partners.
  4. The Birthday eVoucher can be used for the purchase of any BONDS 2 by IQOS device or accessory with a minimum purchase amount of at least RM50.00 in a single transaction. The Birthday eVoucher can be used with any ongoing promotions as long it fulfils the minimum purchase amount in a single transaction.
  5. This Birthday eVoucher is not meant to be used for the purchase of any nicotine or tobacco products.
  6. This Birthday eVoucher is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other goods, whether in part or full. The Organiser reserves the right at its discretion to substitute the Birthday eVoucher with other product(s) of approximately equivalent value at any time with prior notice.
  7. The Organiser’s decisions on all matters relating to this Birthday eVoucher will be final and binding.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organiser hereby excludes all losses, damages, liabilities, claims, costs and expenses arising from or related to this Birthday eVoucher or this Programme. BONDS BY IQOS Referral Programme

Programme

  1. The BONDS by IQOS Referral Programme (“Programme”) is organized by Philip Morris (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd of Level 25, 1Powerhouse, Persiaran Bandar Utama, Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya, Selangor 47800 (“Organiser”), effective 1st October 2026.
  2. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, this Programme is only open to Eligible Persons who can participate by introducing or referring contacts who qualify as a referee (“Referee”) to purchase a BONDS 2 by IQOS device (“Eligible Device”) based on the mechanics and criteria set out below.

Eligibility and Participation

3. An “Eligible Person” of this Programme, i.e. a “Referrer”:

  • i. is a registered user of an Eligible Device residing in Malaysia who participate by introducing or referring contacts who qualify as a Referee; and
  • ii. must introduce contacts to purchase an Eligible Device with a unique referral code. 

4. The following persons are NOT eligible to participate in this Programme:

  • iii. Permanent and/or contract employees of the Organiser (including the Organiser’s subsidiaries and related companies);
  • iv. Retail consultants of the IQOS Authorised Centers; or
  • v. Permanent and/or contract employees of Concentrix CVG Malaysia Sdn Bhd such as customer care agents.

Referrer’s Rewards, Mechanics and Programme Criteria

  • 5. Referrers shall be entitled to receive rewards according to the mechanics and criteria as stated in Table A below.
  • 6. The rewards, Touch ‘n Go eWallet reload PIN, or any similar cash vouchers provided pursuant to this Programme are not meant to be used for the purchase of any nicotine or tobacco product.

 2. Referrers must then introduce Referee(s) to purchase any of the Eligible Devices (subject to age verification, user registration and after purchase, the Eligible Device being linked to the profile) by sharing the Referrer’s unique referral code with their potential Referee(s).
 3. Referrer will be tagged to the Referee and rewarded only if the Referee purchases any of the Eligible Devices by using Referrer’s unique referral code, and links the Eligible Device to the Referee’s profile.
 4. Upon successful purchase and user registration by the Referee, Referrer will receive reward as stipulated below. A Referrer can receive up to 15 rewards, one for each of his/her successful Referees.
 5. For a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase of Eligible Device by any of the Referee introduced by the Referrer, the Referrer is not permitted to link the Referee’s Eligible Device to the Referrer’s name.
 IMPORTANT
 Each Referrer is provided with a Referrer’s unique referral code for purposes of the Organiser’s administration of the Programme, including identifying a Referee to a Referrer.
 Referrer’s Reward
 If a Referee purchased and registered any Eligible Device, then the Referrer may receive:
 1st – 15th successful referrals
 Touch ‘n Go eWallet reload PIN worth RM30 for each successful referral.

 Each Referrer is entitled to 15 referrals in total.

 Referrer Mechanics and Criteria

 Each Referrer is entitled to 15 referrals in total.

Referee’s Rewards, Mechanics and Programme Criteria

7. A “Referee”:

  • vi. is an adult smoker aged 18 years or over who would otherwise continue to smoke or use nicotine products, and resides in Malaysia;
  • vii. is an adult smoker who purchases any of the Eligible Devices for personal consumption only, and must link the newly purchased Eligible Device to their newly created profile;
  • viii. must not be a BONDS by IQOS, IQOS, lil or VEEV registered user prior to the purchase of the Eligible Device; and
  • ix. must not be someone who has never used tobacco or nicotine products or who has quit using tobacco and nicotine products.

8. All eligible Referees who purchased and registered a new Eligible Device using a valid Referral Code will receive RM30 OFF their Eligible Device purchase. Refer to Table B for more information on the Referee’s Reward.

Booster Programmes

  • 10. Periodically, this Programme also offers booster programmes that give out additional rewards for both Referrers and the Referrer and Refereeees will be subject to the booster programmes’ terms and conditions as the case may be. In the event of any discrepancies between the booster programmes’ terms and conditions and these terms and conditions, the booster programmes’ terms and conditions shall prevail to the extent of any such discrepancies.

  • (i) The rewards under this Programme are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other goods, whether in part or full. The Organiser reserves the right at its discretion to substitute the rewards with other products of approximately equivalent value at any time with prior notice.
  • (ii) Where the rewards are offered by a third-party merchant, the rewards are offered solely by the merchant under such terms and conditions as may be determined by the merchant and the participant shall comply with such terms and conditions. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the rewards offered by the merchant shall be resolved by the participant directly with the merchant. If any dispute(s) arise out of the merchant's terms and conditions applicable to such rewards, the Organiser is not responsible in investigating or resolving the disputes, replacing or cancelling any rewards as a result of such dispute(s).
  • (iii) To the fullest extent permitted by law, there are no, and the Organiser expressly excludes and disclaims any, representations, warranties, or endorsements, expressed or implied, written, or oral, including but not limited to, any warranty of quality, merchantability or suitability or fitness for a particular purpose in respect of the rewards.
  • (iv) The title in the rewards and any risk of loss or damage to the rewards will pass to the participant upon delivery of the rewards to such participants. The Organiser shall not be liable for or obliged to recognize or replace any defective, lost, damaged or stolen rewards where such defect, loss, or damage in respect of the rewards are not due to the fault and/or negligence of the Organiser.
  • 13. The Organiser’s decisions on all matters relating to this Programme will be final and binding, including without limitation, the applicability of the Programme.

  • 20. These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of Malaysia. Any legal dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
  • 21. In the event of any inconsistencies between the English version and the Bahasa Malaysia version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
