Your IQOS CLUB points are redeemable in exchange of products and services. You could think of it as a currency that you can use to buy IQOS devices or accessories. If you have collected 500 IQOS CLUB points and would like to purchase accessories that cost 600 Egyptian Pounds, you can redeem your 500 CLUB points and just pay 100 Egyptian Pounds for your purchase.

So, the more points you collect, the more money you save.

Important Note: CLUB points are not redeemable against HEETS or TEREA sticks.

Points earned between 1 January and 30 June of the year will be valid till the 31 December of the same year. Points earner between 1 July and 31 December of a year will be valid till 30 June of the following year.

Example: 

- Point earned on 12 February 2024 will be valid till 31 December 2024.

- Points earned on 7 July 2024 will be valid till 30 June 2025.
