  • Returns are not allowed for HEETS, bundles and offers.
  • You are eligible to make a return/refund request within 14 days of the purchase from the same point of sale. Products have to be sealed and in their original condition.
  • Full returns are allowed (with all items purchased sealed, with the receipt and in the same branch). In case of full return, if the MGM voucher has been used, the voucher cannot be reactivated or reused. Partial returns are not allowed at all. No exchange allowed.
