IQOS Club Steve Aoki Competition Terms and Conditions
The Steve Aoki Competition is part of IQOS 10 Years Anniversary celebration and the collaboration with Steve Aoki.
1. Competition participation eligibility
· If you do not meet the below requirements, you are not eligible to participate in this competition.
o This competition is intended for legal age IQOS users only, aged 18 years and above, who want to continue to consume tobacco products.
o This competition is intended for legal age IQOS users only. Legal age smokers and legal age users of other nicotine products are not eligible to participate or win.
o This competition is intended for legal age IQOS club members only, who are registered in IQOS Egypt database. If you are not a registered IQOS Club member, you are not eligible to participate in this competition.
o This competition is intended for Egyptians, and foreign nationals residing in the Egyptian territories only.
o This competition is intended to non-pregnant female legal age users, pregnant females are not allowed to participate in this competition.
o This competition is intended for IQOS legal-age consumers only. Employees of Philip Morris Egypt, its affiliates, partners, agents, consultants, suppliers, contractors and sponsors are prohibited from entering the competition and are not eligible to participate.
2. Competition Rules & Mechanics
• Competition starts on the 16th of December 2024 and ends on the 5th of January 2025. Winners will be announced on the 9th of January through social media and a call from our Customer Care Team.
• If IQOS Egypt customer service team were unable to contact the winner, they reserve the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, chosen in accordance with these terms and conditions.

• There are 6 available tasks where 4 must to be completed for IQOS Club members to enter the draw for a chance to win. The tasks that need to be completed in a time frame of three weeks are the following;
o Complete the Visit a Store earning action on IQOS Club through completing any interaction in an IQOS Store or manned Indirect channel. [Make sure to scan the Visit a Store QR Code]
o Order at least 1 Consumables Circular Programme bag in our stores, online or through Customer Care team. Know more about our Consumables Circular Programme [here]

o Join our Telegram Channel
• Eligible participants will must complete at least 4 of the above activities for a chance to win. Every extra activity completed (on top of the 4) will give you 1 extra chance to win.
• All eligible/correct submissions will enter a draw for a chance to win.
• The first 40 Winners from the draw will get the 1st prize and the following 60 Winners will get the 2nd prize.
o 1st Prize – Steve Aoki Jacket and Steve Aoki Limited Edition IQOS ILUMA device.
o 2nd Prize – A Portable Speaker.
• IQOS Egypt reserve the right to alter the terms and condition of the competition or terminate the competition at any given time at its absolute discretion, without prior notice. Termination or variation of a competition is without liability to any contestant or other person.
• In case a participant has been disqualified from the competition; IQOS Egypt to decide whether a replacement should be selected. In this event, another participant will be selected following the same selection criteria as the original participant and will be subject to the same rules and regulations.
• If IQOS Egypt customer service team were unable to contact the winner, they reserve the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, chosen in accordance with these terms and conditions.
• The prize is non-transferable for other prizes or cash alternatives, it must be taken as offered.
• Steve Aoki Jacket sizes are subject to availability.
3. Data sharing and privacy
• Participants will be asked to provide detailed and specific personal and contact information via our IQOS Care Team in the case of winning one of the prizes.
• IQOS Egypt retain the right to ask for an official copy of the participants national ID to confirm their identity.
• All participants personal data collected falls under PMI data privacy notice (https://www.pmiprivacy.com/global/en/consumer/)
• By entering the competition, participants hereby confirm that all information shared is true, current, and complete.
• IQOS Egypt reserve the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and to cancel eligibility in case any of the shared information is missing / incorrect.
• IQOS Egypt team may use any of the contact information provided to contact the participants. Likewise, they may use the household address provided to send prizes and other relevant documentation.
• IQOS Egypt reserve the right to use the participants names through publication, distribution, transmission, display and exhibition, in both internal and external company material, including (but not limited to): corporate brochures, company’s website, social media channels, store visibility, in Egypt and other markets around the world. The company will use the images as set out under the consumer privacy notice (https://www.pmiprivacy.com/global/en/consumer/)
