IQOS ILUMA PRIMETM devices are designed to be used only with TEREA tobacco sticks. There is no heating element to heat your HEETSTM stick with IQOS ILUMA PRIMETM. An IQOS ILUMATM device can only be activated by a TEREATM stick. With the SMARTCORE INDUCTION SYSTEMTM technology, there is no blade in the Holder but instead a metal heating element is placed inside the TEREA stick.
Your experience with IQOS ILUMA PRIMETM with TEREA sticks lasts up to 6 mins or 14 puffs, whichever comes first. While the device offers up to 20 experiences per full charge, fewer experiences are not unusual and do not necessarily mean the device is faulty in any way.
