IQOS ILUMA ONETM devices are designed to be used only with TEREA sticksTM. There is no heating element to heat your HEETSTM stick with IQOS ILUMA ONETM. An IQOS ILUMATM device can only be activated by a TEREA stick so it will not start if anything other than that is inserted.
Your experience with IQOS ILUMA ONETM with TEREA sticksTM lasts up to 6 mins or 14 puffs, whichever comes first. IQOS ILUMA ONETM is designed for 20 experiences without needing to recharge the device, fewer experiences are not unusual and do not necessarily mean the device is faulty in any way.
