The IQOS ILUMA i REMIX FIRST TO BUY OFFER 2026 – NCR with details provided in ANNEX A (“Offer”) is open to legal age users who are at least 18 years old and above (as of the date of his/her participation in the Offer) residing in the Philippines who would otherwise use tobacco or nicotine containing products (“Customer”).

Mechanics

1. Eligibility/Who can avail:

(a) Customers can avail of the IQOS ILUMA i REMIX FIRST TO BUY OFFER 2026 if they are existing IQOS CLUB members as of the offer period as stated below.

(b) IQOS CLUB is a closed group of opted in users as stated in the NEW IQOS CLUB 2026 OFFER Terms and Conditions. This means that there are no joining parameters that will allow non-IQOS CLUB members to avail of the Offer.

2. Duration of the Program and Where to avail:

(a) Offer period is from August 10 - 12, 2026 only. PMFTC/AAI has the sole discretion to shorten or extend the Offer period if circumstances are so warranted.

(b) Offer will only be available in the following IQOS Stores. See Schedule 1 for addresses of these stores.

a. IQOS Boutique Store Bonifacio High Street

b. IQOS Boutique Store SM Southmall

c. IQOS Store Glorietta

3. Specific Terms of the Offer:

(a) Subject to Section 2 above, eligible Customers will be able to avail the Offer in selected IQOS Stores only.

(b) Eligible Customers can avail the Offer of the new IQOS ILUMA i Remix from August 10 – 12, 2026 only. During this period, eligible Customers will be given an exclusive First to Buy bundle which includes free premium items and device accessories, depending on the IQOS ILUMA i Remix device variant purchased, as follows:

Carry Om bags and accessories are available in limited quantities only and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Once stocks are exhausted, eligible IQOS ILUMA i Mid purchasers will receive EarPods as a gift. No preference, reservation, or exchange of gifts will be permitted.

PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to substitute the gift in the event of stock unavailability.

(c) Exclusive First to Buy bundle will be given upon using the promo code IQOSREMIXFTB. Offer can only be availed following device purchase limits set to a maximum of 4 devices per 90 days and/or a maximum of 8 devices per 365 days per Customer profile (identified by name, address, email, or phone number).

(d) The Exclusive First to Buy bundle is available only at participating stores during the Offer period (August 10-12, 2026). After this period, eligible Customers who visit these stores to purchase an ILUMA i device will receive applicable free premium items as stated by ongoing promotions during that period.

(e) This Offer cannot be combined with other IQOS promotions.

(f) Eligibility and the First to Buy Bundle are not transferrable and not convertible to cash.

(g) In case of suspicious, illegal or fraudulent activities with respect to the use of the discount code or activities related to the Offer, PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to hold, suspend or block a Customer’s IQOS.com account or cancel the transaction.
