FIRST DEVICE OFFER TERMS & CONDITIONS

The IQOS Remix: First Device Offer with details provided in ANNEX A (“Offer”) is open to legal age users who are at least 18 years old and above (as of the date of his/her participation in the Offer) residing in the Philippines who would otherwise smoke or use tobacco or nicotine containing products (“Customer”). The Offer is applicable only to consumers purchasing their first eligible non-Remix IQOS device.

I. GENERAL

1. This Offer is being carried out by ActivAsia Inc. (“AAI”) as an authorized distributor/retail partner of PMFTC products. IQOS Stores are operated by AAI and IQOS coaches are authorized sales representatives of AAI. IQOS.com is owned by Philip Morris International and its affiliate in the Philippines, PMFTC Inc. (“PMFTC”) and the online store of IQOS.com is operated by AAI, and all orders are fulfilled by AAI, as an authorized distributor/retail partner of PMFTC products sold in IQOS Stores and IQOS.com. Deliveries are carried out by AAI or by AAI’s authorized third-party delivery providers.

2. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to hold, suspend or block a Customer’s IQOS.com account due to suspicious, fraudulent or illegal activity with prior approval of the Department of Trade and Industry.

3. By participating in the Offer, Customer confirms his/her consent to process his/her personal data provided as part of the Offer. Details of such processing are described in Philip Morris International’s (PMI) Consumer Privacy Notice found at https://www.pmiprivacy.com/en/consumer and AAI’s Data Privacy Consent Policy.

4. Government Warning: This product is harmful and contains nicotine which is a highly addictive substance. This is for use only by adults and is not recommended for use by nonsmokers.

II. AGE VERIFICATION

1. The Customer will be subject to age verification process wherein he/she will be requested to submit a valid Government Issued ID before PMFTC products can be purchased and/or delivered to the Customer. The following valid Government Issued IDs are acceptable as proof of age: Passport, Alien Certificate of Registration, Driver’s License, Firearms License, NBI Clearance Card, PhilHealth ID, Postal ID, PRC ID, SSS ID, TIN ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID or Voter’s ID.

MECHANICS

FIRST DEVICE OFFER

1. Eligibility / Who Can Avail:

(a) The Offer is open only to legal age users purchasing their first eligible IQOS device during the Offer period.

(b) Existing IQOS users who have previously purchased or linked an IQOS device are not eligible for this Offer.

(c) To qualify for the Offer, the Customer must purchase any of the following eligible non-Remix IQOS devices:

a. IQOS ILUMA i

b. IQOS ILUMA i One

(d) Customers purchasing IQOS Remix Limited Edition devices are not eligible for this Offer.

(e) The Customer must opt in to IQOS Club during the first transaction before availing of the Offer benefit.

(f) Each eligible Customer may avail of the Offer once only.

2. Duration of the Offer and Where to Avail:

(a) Offer period is from September 14, 2026 to October 15, 2026 only.

(b) The Offer may be redeemed through official IQOS Stores nationwide only.

(c) PMFTC and/or its authorized representatives reserve the right to shorten or extend the Offer period, subject to applicable approvals and regulatory requirements.

3. Specific Terms of the Offer:

(a) Under the Offer, an eligible Customer purchasing his/her first non-Remix IQOS device and completing all qualifying requirements shall receive one (1) free gift.

(b) The Offer is applicable only to purchases of eligible non-Remix IQOS devices.

(c) To redeem the free gift, the Customer must:

a. Purchase an eligible non-Remix IQOS device;

c. Successfully opt in to IQOS Club during the first transaction;

(d) The free gift applicable under the Offer is one (1) Lenovo Earbuds VAO.

(e) The Customer may choose his/her preferred Lenovo Earbuds VAO color, subject to stock availability.

(f) If the Lenovo Earbuds VAO becomes unavailable, PMFTC and/or its authorized representatives reserve the right to provide an alternative gift of similar nature or value.

(g) The free gift is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not convertible to cash.

(h) The Offer may not be combined with other offers, promotions, discounts, vouchers, or benefits unless otherwise determined by PMFTC.

(i) The Offer is limited to one (1) free gift per eligible first-device purchase only.

(j) Multiple device purchases shall not entitle the Customer to multiple free gifts.

(k) PMFTC and/or its authorized representatives reserve the right to validate eligibility and deny participation if the transaction does not comply with the Offer mechanics, applicable laws, or these Terms and Conditions.
