IQOS ILUMA TRADE-IN 2024 2.0 Terms & Conditions¹

The IQOS ILUMA TRADE-IN 2024 2.0 offer with details provided in ANNEX A (“Offer”) is open to legal age users who are at least 18 years old (as of the date of his/her participation in the Offer) and above residing in the Philippines who otherwise wish to continue to use tobacco or nicotine containing products (“Customer”).

¹ This terms and conditions supersedes the IQOS ILUMA TRADE-IN 2024 Promotion Terms and Conditions.

I. GENERAL

1. This Offer is being carried out by ActivAsia Inc. (“AAI”) as an authorized distributor of PMFTC products. IQOS Stores are operated by AAI and IQOS coaches are authorized sales representatives of AAI. IQOS.com is owned by Philip Morris International and its affiliate in the Philippines, PMFTC Inc ("PMFTC") and the online store of IQOS.com is operated by AAI, and all orders are fulfilled by AAI, as an authorized distributor of PMFTC products sold in IQOS Stores and IQOS.com. Deliveries are carried out by AAI or by AAI’s authorized third-party delivery providers.

2. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to modify, change, or revise the rules and mechanics of the Offer.

3. Customers using multiple IQOS.com accounts to participate in the Offer are disqualified. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to disqualify any Customer if there is any evidence of fraud or irregularities in his/her participation in the Offer.

4. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to hold, suspend or block a Customer’s IQOS.com account due to suspicious, fraudulent or illegal activity.

5. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to cancel, amend, or revoke these terms and conditions without notice in the event of fraudulent activity, cheating, a security breach or any anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, an event or disturbance outside of PMFTC’s control such as acts of God, civil or military events, catastrophes, technical issues/connectivity, pandemic or war. Any changes to the Offer will be announced accordingly.

6. By participating in the Offer, Customer confirms his/her consent to process his/her personal data provided as part of the Offer. Details of such processing are described in Philip Morris International’s (PMI) Consumer Privacy Notice found at https://www.pmiprivacy.com/en/consumer and AAI’s Data Privacy Consent Policy.

II. AGE VERIFICATION AND DELIVERY; REFUND FOR FAILED DELIVERY

1. The Customer will be subject to age verification process wherein he/she will be requested to submit a valid Government Issued ID before items can be purchased and/or delivered to the Customer. The following valid Government Issued IDs as proof of age: Passport, Alien Certificate of Registration, Driver's License, Firearms License, NBI Clearance Card, Philhealth ID, Postal ID, PRC ID, SSS ID, TIN ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID or Voter's ID.

2. In cases where Customer cannot accept the delivery, an authorized representative who is at least eighteen (18) years old and above can claim on behalf of the Customer provided the following documents are presented to the courier:

a) Valid government issued ID of representative for identity check and age verification
b) Copy of a valid government issued ID of Customer for identity check and age verification
c) Signed authorization letter indicating the order reference number and stating that the Customer is authorizing the representative to receive the orders.

The courier will not be able to proceed with the transaction if any of the above-required documents are not presented.

3. For deliveries, the courier will communicate and coordinate details, with delivery attempt at a maximum of two (2) times. A third delivery attempt will be available in selected cities that offer same/next day delivery; and can be arranged with an additional delivery fee that will be communicated in advance by AAI/courier, and to be confirmed by the Customer. In the event of failure to receive the delivery for credit card or GCash transactions, normal refund process will be followed:

For credit card transactions:
For Credit Cards issued locally: Refund will take up to 10 working days but also subject to issuing bank lead times
For Credit Cards issued abroad: Refund will take up to 45 days, but also subject to issuing bank lead times

You may check the status of your refund with your issuing bank.

4. For GCash transactions, refund must be coursed through IQOS Customer Care team. The Customer shall call IQOS Customer Care team to trigger the refund process and will be able to credit back to the Customer’s GCash account real time.

III. OTHERS

1. IQOS.com website may be subject to possible technical and system issues. We will provide the necessary notice to the Customers if such is the case.

2. All decisions of PMFTC and/or AAI and its agents in all matters relating to the interpretation and implementation of this terms and conditions, including the mechanics are final, and no objections and/or appeals thereon will be entertained.

3. Customers availing the Offer agree and confirm the following:

• that you are a legal-age smoker at least 18 years old or above as of the date of his/her participation in the Offer;
• that you have read and understood the terms and conditions detailed herein;
• that you agree to follow the applicable mechanics of the Offer;
• that you agree to assume all such risks, foreseeable or otherwise, and hereby release and discharge PMFTC and/or AAI, its affiliates and all other persons and entities connected with the Offer from any liability for, or any claims that may arise in respect of, any and all property losses and/or injuries whatsoever that you may sustain, no matter how any such property losses and/or injuries are caused.

5. PMFTC/AAI will not be liable to the Customer for any taxes, costs, liabilities or expenses that may arise from this Offer.

ANNEX A

MECHANICS

1. Eligibility/Who Can Avail:

(a) Customers who are existing IQOS Club Platinum, Gold or Silver Members or IQOS Suki Voucher Users are eligible to participate in the IQOS ILUMA TRADE-IN 2024 2.0:

(b) An IQOS Club Platinum, Gold or Silver Member who has availed of the existing IQOS Trade-In offer during the period of January 1, 2023 – December 31, 2023 are still eligible to participate in this IQOS ILUMA TRADE-IN 2024 2.0.

(c) * Linked IQOS device means the Customer has registered an account in IQOS.com and has linked their IQOS device to their registered IQOS.com account.

2. Duration of Offer and Where to Avail:

(a) For IQOS Club members, the Offer period is from February 22, 2024 – June 30, 2024. PMFTC/AAI has the sole discretion to shorten or extend the Offer period if circumstances so warrant.

(b) For IQOS Suki Voucher Users, the Offer period is from April 1, 2024 – June 30, 2024. PMFTC/AAI has the sole discretion to shorten or extend the Offer period if circumstances so warrant.

(c) The Offer can be availed at or through the following:

(i) Official IQOS Stores (physical)
(ii) IQOS.com (online store)
(iii) IQOS Coaches
(iv) IQOS Pop-Up Stores

IQOS Pop-up Stores are deployed in various locations in Metro Manila operated by IQOS Field Sales Experts where a Customer may avail of the Offer. IQOS Pop-up Store locations are provided in SCHEDULE 1.

(v) IQOS Partners

IQOS Partners are select establishment in various locations that are authorized to distribute PMFTC products. IQOS Partner locations are provided in SCHEDULE 2.

3. Specific Terms of the Offer:

(a) The following are the applicable discounts if the Customer participates in the IQOS ILUMA TRADE IN 2024 2.0 and trades-in their linked IQOS device:

FOR CUSTOMERS WHO ARE IQOS SUKI VOUCHER USERS:

(b) The Customer who are IQOS Club Members or IQOS Suki Voucher Users can avail of the same trade-in discount as specified in 3(a) above of this ANNEX A regardless of the condition of the IQOS device that they will trade-in (whether functioning or not).

(c) The following IQOS devices are eligible for the IQOS ILUMA TRADE-IN 2024 2.0: IQOS 2. 4, IQOS 2.4 PLUS, IQOS 3.0, IQOS 3.0 DUO, IQOS 3.0 MULTI, IQOS ORIGINALS DUO, IQOS ORIGINALS ONE and BONDS by IQOS.

The table provides the devices eligible for trade-in and the IQOS ILUMA device the Customer can avail of:

(d) During the Offer period (February 22, 2024 – June 30, 2024) of the IQOS ILUMA TRADE-IN 2024 2.0, the standard IQOS CLUB TRADE IN will not apply/or cannot be availed of.

(e) Customers who are IQOS Club Members or IQOS Suki Voucher Users are only eligible to one (1) IQOS ILUMA TRADE-IN 2024 2.0 per calendar year/per IQOS Club tier.

(f) The trade-in discount code/voucher for the IQOS ILUMA TRADE-IN 2024 2.0 is not transferable and not convertible to cash.

(g) In case of suspicious, illegal or fraudulent activities with respect to the use of the discount code, PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to hold, suspend or block a Customer’s IQOS.com account or cancel the transaction.

(h) The Offer cannot be combined with other special offers, promotions or vouchers.
