Why wont my PHP 500 IQOS Voucher work on my PHP 450 cart? 

The PHP 500 IQOS Voucher only applies to carts with at least PHP 500 total cart value. 

Same rule applies for PHP 300 IQOS Voucher and PHP 750 IQOS Voucher; total cart value must be more than the voucher value.
