Why is my IQOS discount voucher and/or Refer-a-Friend code not working for online purchase?

There are a few factors that may affect the use of your vouchers and codes.

1. Vouchers and Codes are case sensitive. Make sure to input them with the right letter cases and format (i.e. dashes).
