Make sure the device you would like to trade-in is linked to your IQOS.com account. Check My Devices under your profile.
Make sure to use the correct code when you checkout based on your IQOS CLUB tier and the functionality of your existing device. See table below.
Our courier will do the necessary eligibility checks upon delivery of your new device. If qualified, your old device will be traded-in to your new IQOS 3 DUO. You will also receive a pack of HEETS™ for free!
