You are only eligible to this e-Vape Direct Swap Programme if:
(i) you are a nicotine user aged over 18 years old;
(ii) you have not purchased a VEEV device before or have not linked any VEEV device in our IQOS/VEEV database; and
(iii) your main residence is in Malaysia.
