IQOS ILUMA ONE™ Refreshed devices are used IQOS ILUMA ONE™ devices returned through IQOS programs in other markets such as IQOS lending programs, Device take back programs, etc. These returned devices are thoroughly inspected, cleaned, and tested to meet IQOS’ quality standards, including if needed; firmware updates, and replacement of batteries, cosmetic and functional components. However, since these devices are not new (but refreshed), some minor signs of use, such as scratches, may be visible on the device and/or the packaging. IQOS ILUMA ONE™ Refreshed is available in 4 colors: Azure Blue, Pebble Grey, Moss Green, and Pebble Beige.

IQOS ILUMA ONE™ Refreshed is designed to provide 20 back-to-back experiences from a fully charged Pocket Charger, each lasting up to 6 minutes or 14 draws (whichever comes first). To signal the last 30 seconds or last 2 draws, IQOS ILUMA ONE™ Refreshed will vibrate once with 1 light pulsing white. The experience will end as soon as the light turns off.

How long does IQOS ILUMA ONE™ Refreshed last?

Your experience with IQOS ILUMA ONE™ Refreshed with SMARTCORE STICKS™ lasts up to 6 mins or 14 draws, whichever comes first. IQOS ILUMA ONE™ Refreshed is designed for 20 experiences without needing to recharge the device, fewer experiences are not unusual and do not necessarily mean the device is faulty in any way.
