Press and hold the button on the pocket charger for 10 seconds until the LEDs turn off. When you release the button, all status LEDs should be turned off, then they should blink 3 times and then slowly light up again. This sequence provides confirmation for device reset.
If the device error hasn’t been rectified after performing a reset, then please try performing a firmware update with the IQOS app or use our online-diagnstostic tool.
