Resetting your IQOS 2.4 Plus device is easy.
Press the Bluetooth and power buttons on the pocket charger simultaneously for about 3 seconds and release. All LEDs should then blink briefly.
If the device error hasn’t been rectified after performing a reset, then please try performing a firmware update with the IQOS app or use our online-diagnostic tool.
