BALIK IQOS Promotion

Terms and Conditions for the BALIK IQOS Promotion on April 19, 2023 – June 15, 2023:

  1. The BALIK IQOS Promotion is available only for persons who are legal age smokers who are (a) at least 18 years old who would otherwise continue to smoke or use other nicotine products, (b) residing in the National Capital Region and selected municipalities, Philippines (“User”), and (c) have received promo code through our IQOS Originals One Viber messaging or call from the authorized customer care agents of IQOS as part of our Balik IQOS (Leads Retargeting) Program.
  2. With the BALIK IQOS Promotion, IQOS Originals One will be offering P1000 off for the IQOS Originals One starter kit with voucher code IQOS1K. The promo code can be redeemed and applied only once per user.
  3. The BALIK IQOS Promotion is subject to the GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE OF THE IQOS OFFICIAL STORE in IQOS.com and direct retail stores nationwide. 
  4. The promo cannot be combined with other special offers, promotions, or promo codes.
  5. Product delivery is subject to our delivery requirements found in the “Product Details” section of the Product Page. The courier will not be able to deliver the User’s IQOS Originals One device kit and HEETS™ packs if any of the required documents are not presented.
  6. The duration of the BALIK IQOS Promotion is from April 19, 2023 – June 15, 2023 only or until supplies last. PMFTC/AAI has the sole discretion to extend or revise the duration of the promotion if circumstances so warrant.
  7. In case a User from IQOS.com has an IQOS.com account, PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to hold, suspend or block a User’s IQOS.com account due to suspicious, fraudulent or illegal activity.
  8. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to cancel, amend or revoke these terms and conditions without notice in the event of fraudulent activity, cheating, a security breach or any anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, an event or disturbance outside of PMFTC/AAI’s control such as acts of God, civil or military events, catastrophes, technical issues/connectivity, pandemic or war. Any changes to the BALIK IQOS Promotion will be announced accordingly.
  9. All decisions of PMFTC and/or AAI and its agents in all matters relating to the interpretation and implementation of these mechanics are final, and no objections and/or appeals thereon will be entertained.
  10. Users of the BALIK IQOS Promotion agree and confirm the following; 
    • that you are a legal-age smoker, 18 years old or above as of the date of his/her participation in the BALIK IQOS Promotion; 
    • that you have read and understood the terms and conditions detailed herein; 
    • that you agree to follow the applicable mechanics of the BALIK IQOS Promotion; 
    • that you agree to assume all such risks, foreseeable or otherwise, and hereby release and discharge PMFTC and/or AAI, its affiliates and all other persons and entities connected with the BALIK IQOS Promotion from any liability for, or any claims that may arise in respect of, any and all property losses and/or injuries whatsoever that you may sustain, no matter how any such property losses and/or injuries are caused.
  11. PMFTC will not be liable to the User for any taxes, costs, liabilities or expenses that may arise from this BALIK IQOS Promotion.

  15. IQOS Stores are operated by ActivAsia Inc. (or "AAI"). IQOS.com is owned by Philip Morris International and its affiliate in the Philippines, PMFTC Inc ("PMFTC"). The online store of IQOS.com is operated by AAI, and all orders are fulfilled by AAI, as an authorized distributor of PMFTC products sold in IQOS Stores and IQOS.com. Deliveries are carried out by AAI or by AAI’s authorized third-party delivery providers. This BALIK IQOS Promotion is being carried out by AAI as an authorized distributor of PMFTC products.
