COMMUNITY BUILDING: IQOS STORE POP-UP

Terms and Conditions

General

  1. The IQOS Store Pop-Up Promo (“Promo”) is open to adult smokers at least 18 years old and above residing in the Philippines who would otherwise continue to smoke or use other nicotine products (“Customers”).
  2. IQOS Stores are operated by ActivAsia Inc. (or "AAI"). IQOS Sales Experts are employees of ActivAsia Inc. (or “AAI”). All orders are fulfilled by AAI, as an authorized distributor of PMFTC products sold in IQOS Stores. This Offer is being carried out by AAI as an authorized distributor of PMFTC products.
  3. The Promo is valid in select IQOS stores during specific periods starting from October 13, 2023 until supplies last, as mutually agreed upon by IQOS and the partner company. PMFTC/AAI has the sole discretion to shorten or extend the Promo period if circumstances so warrant.
  4. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to modify, change, or revise the rules and mechanics of the Promo.
  5. Customers who use multiple IQOS.com or IQOS accounts to participate in the Promo will be disqualified. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to disqualify any Customers if there is any evidence of fraud or irregularities in his/her participation in the Promo.
  6. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to hold, suspend or block a Customer’s IQOS.com and/or IQOS account due to suspicious, fraudulent or illegal activity.
  7. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to cancel, amend, or revoke this Promo without prior notice in the event of fraudulent activity, cheating, a security breach or any anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, an event or disturbance outside of PMFTC/AAI’s control such as acts of God, civil or military events, catastrophes, technical issues/connectivity, pandemic or war. Any changes to the Promo will be announced accordingly.
  8. This product is not risk free and provides nicotine, which is addictive. Only for use by adults who would otherwise continue to smoke or use other nicotine products.

Mechanics

  1. The Promo entitles both the Referrer (“Godfather”) and the Referal (“Godson”) to a Php200 gift certificate from select merchants after purchase of an IQOS device. A maximum redemption of ten (10) PhP200 gift certificates per Godfather shall be allowed.
  2. The Promo also entitles the Godson to a Php200 SMS voucher in which he/she will receive 24-48 hrs after purchase of an IQOS device. The voucher can be applied to consumables or accessories only and can be redeemed in IQOS Stores nationwide (except Eton Centris).
  3. The Godson must have no purchase history and no registered device in their IQOS account in order to be eligible to the Promo.
  4. Registered members of IQOS.com refer to accounts that have passed the IQOS.com’s soft-age verification and have agreed that the data they provide will be used in accordance with IQOS privacy notice.  
  5. The Godson will be subject to age verification process wherein he/she will be requested to present a valid Government Issued ID before the IQOS device can be purchased. The following valid Government Issued IDs as proof of age shall be accepted: Passport, Alien Certificate of Registration, Driver’s License, Firearms License, NBI Clearance Card, PhilHealth ID, Postal ID, PRC ID, SSS ID, TIN ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID or Voter’s ID.
  6. The Godfather and Godson may be requested to present their company ID in order to verify whether they are employees of the partner company.
  7. The Promo can only be used in conjunction with the existing Refer a Friend Promo.

Others

  1. All decisions of PMFTC and/or AAI and its agents in all matters relating to the interpretation and implementation of this mechanics are final, and no objections and/or appeals thereon will be entertained.
  2. Customers who participate in the Offer agree and confirm the following:
  3. that you are a legal-age smoker at least 18 years old or above as of October 13, 2023;
  4. that you have read and understood the terms and conditions detailed herein;
  5. that you agree to follow the applicable mechanics of the Offer;
  6. that you agree to assume all such risks, foreseeable or otherwise, and hereby release and discharge PMFTC and/or AAI, its affiliates and all other persons and entities connected with the Offer from any liability for, or any claims that may arise in respect of, any and all losses and/or injuries whatsoever that you may sustain, no matter how any such losses and/or injuries are caused.
