WELCOME BADGE

Welcome badge is the first badge that CLUB members need to earn before being able to earn any other badge.

Welcome badge is earned when a Customer links his first IQOS device to his IQOS account and opts-in to the Terms and Conditions of IQOS CLUB. Existing IQOS CLUB members or existing IQOS users who already have a linked device before March 2, 2026 will have this badge automatically pre-assigned to them.

A device purchase is not required to earn this badge. If, for example, a customer was gifted with a device, he can still link this device to his IQOS account and opt-in to the Terms and Conditions of IQOS CLUB to be able to earn this badge.

Welcome badge can only be earned once. This means that even if a Customer links a second device, this badge cannot be earned again.

Once the action is done, it will take up to 15 minutes for the badge to be earned.

Once the badge is earned, Customers will notice that the badge color in IQOS.COM will change from gray to turquoise. An email notification will also be sent to confirm that the badge was earned.

FIRST STEPS BADGE

First Steps Badge is earned when a CLUB Member watches the IQOS CLUB video and answers the IQOS CLUB quiz in IQOS.COM. Performing both actions is required to completely earn this badge. Failure to do one of the actions will mean that this badge will not be completely earned.

Both the video and the quiz can only be accessed in IQOS.com.

Watching the video and answering the quiz does not need to be done at any particular order (i.e., watching the video first before answering the quiz or vice versa). If both actions are performed, the badge will be earned.

Once the action is done, it will take up to 15 minutes for the badge to be earned.

Once the badge is earned, Customers will notice that the badge color in IQOS.COM will change from gray to turquoise. An email notification will also be sent to confirm that the badge was earned.

IQOS SWITCH BADGE

IQOS Switch badge is earned when a Customer redeems his Day 20 Onboarding Voucher reward.

All new IQOS users who linked their first IQOS device or first ILUMA i device and opted in to marketing communications will be part of the IQOS Onboarding Journey. In the IQOS Onboarding journey, Customers will be sent communication messages to guide them through their first 90 days with IQOS.

A customer who doesn’t opt-in to IQOS marketing communications will not be able to receive the Onboarding Journey and will therefore not be able to receive the Onboarding Journey voucher. This also forfeits his chance of earning the IQOS Switch Badge.

Opting-in to marketing comms is not retroactive. If a customer fails to opt-in when his device was linked, he will no longer be able to receive the IQOS Onboarding Journey and will forfeit his chance of earning the IQOS Switch badge.

All existing IQOS CLUB members who have already spent more than 30 days with IQOS will have this badge automatically pre-assigned to them.

Once the action is done, it will take up to 5 business days for the badge to be earned.

Once the badge is earned, Customers will notice that the badge color in IQOS.COM will change from gray to turquoise. An email notification will also be sent to confirm that the badge was earned.

PROFILE STAR BADGE

Profile Star Badge is earned when a Customer completes a survey sent by IQOS Philippines to their registered email address. A customer must be opted in to marketing comms in order to receive the email survey.

For Customers who do not have a registered email address, they may call the IQOS Customer Care at #983838 to help them answer the survey.

Once the actions are done, it will take up to 15 minutes for the badge to be earned.

Once the badge is earned, Customers will notice that the badge color in IQOS.COM will change from gray to turquoise. An email notification will also be sent to confirm that the badge was earned.

FLAVOR MASTER BADGE

Flavor Master Badge is earned when a Customer purchases at least 7 packs of TEREA from any IQOS Store or at least 1 ream of TEREA from IQOS.COM. The minimum purchase requirement will need to consist of 2 different variants of TEREA in a single order transaction.

The Customer may choose whichever TEREA variant will be purchased for as long as 2 different variants are purchased, following the minimum required quantity.

It is up to the Customer how they will fulfill the required action for this badge. For example, the Customer may choose to buy 6 packs of TEREA Oasis Pearl and 1 pack of TEREA Blue or can choose to buy 4 packs TEREA Amber and 3 packs TEREA Purple Wave.

In order to earn this badge, the purchase requirement must be fulfilled in the 2 separate transactions made on the same day.

Discount vouchers and promotions on TEREA may be used to earn this badge for as long as the purchase requirement is fulfilled: Minimum purchase requirement that consists of 2 different TEREA variants.

Once the action is done, it will take up to 5 business days for the badge to be earned.

Once the badge is earned, Customers will notice that the badge color in IQOS.COM will change from gray to turquoise. An email notification will also be sent to confirm that the badge was earned.

REFERRAL BADGE

Referral Badge is a levelled badge wherein all 3 levels need to be unlocked to completely earn this badge:

(a)     Level 1: Refer 1 friend*

(b)     Level 2: Refer 3 friends

(c)     Level 3: Refer 5 friends

*Friend must be a legal aged nicotine user

Past referrals will not count in earning your Referral Badge. In order to earn the Referral badge, you will need to make additional referrals starting March 4, 2026 onwards.

The levels in the Referral badge are cumulative. This means that in order to unlock Level 2, you will need to refer an additional of 2 friends after Level 1. You will also need to refer another 2 friends after you unlock Level 2 to unlock Level 3.

The Terms and Conditions of the Refer a Friend program will apply and will be followed for all referrals made in earning this badge. The Friend referred should be an adult (18 years old and above) and a smoker or user of any nicotine product.

For Customers who have already referred 16 friends and above before March 4, 2026, this badge will be automatically pre-assigned. There will be no rewards given to rewards that are pre-assigned.

Once the badge is earned, Customers will notice that the badge color in IQOS.COM will change from gray to turquoise. An email notification will also be sent to confirm that the badge was earned

*Friend must be a legal aged nicotine user.

LEGEND BATCH

Legend Badge is the ultimate recognition badge that Customers can earn. In order to earn this badge, Customers need to earn 9 badges within the calendar year (ending December 31 of the current year).

There is no defined set of badges that need to be earned to earn this badge. For as long as Customer is able to earn 9 badges within the year, this badge will be earned.

Legend badge does not carry over to the next year. For example, if only 4 badges will be earned this year, this will not carry over to the next year.

Once the action is done, it will take up to 5 business days for the badge to be earned.

Once the badge is earned, Customers will notice that the badge color in IQOS.COM will change from gray to turquoise. An email notification will also be sent to confirm that the badge was earned.
