PAL Mabuhay Miles Conversion Offer

Terms & Conditions

The PAL Mabuhay Miles Conversion Offer with details provided in ANNEX A (“Offer”) is open to legal-age adult users who are at least 18 years old (as of the date of his/her participation in the Offer) and above residing in the Philippines who otherwise wish to continue to use tobacco or nicotine-containing products (“Customer”).

Mechanics

1. Eligibility/Who Can Avail

The Offer is exclusively for IQOS Club Platinum Members with an active and verified IQOS Club account and PAL Mabuhay Miles account. IQOS Club membership presupposes that a member is a legal age nicotine user who is at least 18 years old (as of the date of his/her participation in the Offer) and above residing in the Philippines.

2. Duration of the Offer and Where to Avail

(a) The Offer period is from December 9, 2025 to February 15, 2026. PMFTC has the sole discretion to shorten or extend the Offer period if circumstances so warrant.

(b) The Offer can only be availed by calling IQOS Customer Care at #983838.

3. Specific Terms of the Offer

(a) This Offer enables eligible Customers to convert their IQOS Club status points into Mabuhay Miles, subject to the mechanics set out in this section.

(b) Eligible customers will be informed of the Offer by IQOS Philippines through an email that will be sent to their registered email address. If interested, customers will need to contact IQOS Customer Care at #983838 to avail the offer

(c) Eligible and interested customers will be able to convert their IQOS CLUB Status Points to Mabuhay Miles following this conversion rate: Every five (5) IQOS Club Status Points is equivalent to one (1) Mabuhay Mile.

(d) The IQOS CLUB Status points that will be converted will be based on the latest number of IQOS CLUB status points reflecting in the customer’s IQOS account as of November 15, 2025.

(e) The Offer will only allow for full conversion customer’s eligible IQOS Club status points balance shall be permitted under this Offer. Partial conversion requests shall not be accepted. The conversion shall apply exclusively to the Customer’s total validated status points balance as determined by PMFTC at the time of processing.

(f) Choosing to avail of this Offer and converting validated IQOS CLUB status points into Mabuhay Miles will not impact the customer’s membership to IQOS CLUB. The Customer will continue to be an IQOS CLUB member even if all their Status Points have been converted to Mabuhay Miles.

(g) By participating in the Offer, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that PMFTC will collect, process, and verify the following information for the purpose of fulfilling the Offer:

 i. Customer’s full name

ii. Customer’s registered Mabuhay Miles account number

(h) The conversion is only applicable to Customers with a valid and registered Mabuhay Miles account under the Customer’s name. For the conversion to be processed, the customer's name on their IQOS account must exactly match the name registered on their Mabuhay Miles account.

(i) The Customer must provide accurate and complete information at the time of submission. Incomplete, inaccurate, or inconsistent information will result in non-processing of the conversion request.

(j) Once submitted and successfully processed, converted Mabuhay Miles are final, non-transferable, non-reversible, and non-refundable. Converted miles cannot be reinstated back into IQOS Club status points, nor can they be exchanged for cash or any other equivalent.

(k) Mabuhay Miles credited through this Offer are subject to the terms and conditions of Philippine Airlines’ Mabuhay Miles Program. PMFTC shall not be responsible for any disputes, expirations, validity concerns, redemption limitations, or policy changes related to Mabuhay Miles once the miles have been credited to the Customer’s account.

(l) PMFTC will exert reasonable efforts to process and credit the converted Mabuhay Miles within fifteen (15) working days from successful validation. However, PMFTC does not guarantee completion within this period, as actual posting timelines may be affected by reconciliation schedules, system availability, third-party processing, or other circumstances beyond its control.

(m) In case of suspicious, illegal or fraudulent activities with respect to the use of the discount code or activities related to the Offer, PMFTC reserves the right to hold, suspend or block a Customer’s IQOS.com account or cancel the transaction.

General Terms & Conditions

1. This Offer is being carried out by ActivAsia Inc. (“AAI”) as an authorized distributor of PMFTC products. IQOS Stores are operated by AAI and IQOS coaches are authorized sales representatives of AAI. IQOS.com is owned by Philip Morris International and its affiliate in the Philippines, PMFTC Inc ("PMFTC") and the online store of IQOS.com is operated by AAI, and all orders are fulfilled by AAI, as an authorized distributor of PMFTC products sold in IQOS Stores and IQOS.com. Deliveries are carried out by AAI or by AAI’s authorized third-party delivery providers.

2. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to modify, change, or revise the rules and mechanics of the Offer.

3. Customers using multiple IQOS.com accounts to participate in the Offer are disqualified. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to disqualify any Customer if there is any evidence of fraud or irregularities in his/her participation in the Offer.

4. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to hold, suspend or block a Customer’s IQOS.com account due to suspicious, fraudulent or illegal activity.

5. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to cancel, amend, or revoke these terms and conditions without notice in the event of fraudulent activity, cheating, a security breach or any anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, an event or disturbance outside of PMFTC’s control such as acts of God, civil or military events, catastrophes, technical issues/connectivity, pandemic or war. Any changes to the Offer will be announced accordingly.

6. By participating in the Offer, Customer confirms his/her consent to process his/her personal data provided as part of the Offer. Details of such processing are described in Philip Morris International’s (PMI) Consumer Privacy Notice found at https://www.pmiprivacy.com/en/consumer and AAI’s Data Privacy Consent Policy.

1.  The Customer will be subject to age verification process wherein he/she will be requested to submit a valid Government Issued ID before items can be purchased and/or delivered to the Customer. The following valid Government Issued IDs as proof of age:  Passport, Alien Certificate of Registration, Driver's License, Firearms License, NBI Clearance Card, Philhealth ID, Postal ID, PRC ID, SSS ID, TIN ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID or Voter's ID.

2. In cases where Customer cannot accept the delivery, an authorized representative who is at least eighteen (18) years old and above can claim on behalf of the Customer provided the following documents are presented to the courier:

a) Valid government issued ID of representative for identity check and age verification

b) Copy of a valid government issued ID of Customer for identity check and age verification

c) Signed authorization letter indicating the order reference number and stating that the Customer is authorizing the representative to receive the orders (IQOS ILUMA Prime, IQOS ILUMA and IQOS ILUMA One, BONDS BY IQOS, or IQOS ORIGINALS One Device Kit and the Starter Kit choice of TEREA™, BLENDS, or HEETS™ packs and order reference number).

The courier will not be able to deliver the Customer’s IQOS ILUMA Prime, IQOS ILUMA and IQOS ILUMA One, BONDS BY IQOS, or IQOS ORIGINALS One Device Kit Device Kit and respective Starter Kits if any of the above-required documents are not presented.

3. For deliveries, the courier will communicate and coordinate the details, with delivery attempt at a maximum of two (2) times. A third delivery attempt will be available in selected cities that offer same/next day delivery; and can be arranged with an additional delivery fee that will be communicated in advance by AAI/courier, and to be confirmed by the Customer. In the event of failure to receive the delivery for credit card or GCash transactions, normal refund process will be followed:

For credit card transactions:

a) For Credit Cards issued locally: Refund will take up to 10 working days but also subject to issuing bank lead times 

b) For Credit Cards issued abroad: Refund will take up to 45 days, but also subject to issuing bank lead times 

You may check the status of your refund with your issuing bank.

4. For GCash transactions, refund must be coursed through IQOS Customer Care team. The Customer shall call IQOS Customer Care team to trigger the refund process and will be able to credit back to the Customer’s GCash account real time.

1. IQOS.com website may be subject to possible technical and system issues. We will provide the necessary notice to the Customers if such is the case.

2. All decisions of PMFTC and/or AAI and its agents in all matters relating to the interpretation and implementation of this mechanics are final, and no objections and/or appeals thereon will be entertained. 

3. Customers in the Offer agree and confirm the following:

a) that you are a legal-age smoker at least 18 years old or above as of the date of his/her participation in the Offer;  

b) that you have read and understood the terms and conditions detailed herein;  

c) that you agree to follow the applicable mechanics of the Offer;  

d) that you agree to assume all such risks, foreseeable or otherwise, and hereby release and discharge PMFTC and/or AAI, its affiliates and all other persons and entities connected with the Offer from any liability for, or any claims that may arise in respect of, any and all property losses and/or injuries whatsoever that you may sustain, no matter how any such property losses and/or injuries are caused.
