Can I join the Refer a Friend (RAF) Program?
The Refer a Friend Program (RAF) is open to all existing IQOS Club members who is at least 21 years old or older residing in the Philippines, with a successfully registered IQOS device on IQOS.com.
Who can I refer to earn rewards?
You can refer an adult smoker or nicotine product user who (1) is at least 21 years old or older residing in the Philippines, (2) is not yet an IQOS user, and (3) has no purchase history in IQOS.com or any IQOS Stores, who otherwise wish to continue to use tobacco products or nicotine-containing products.
What conditions must be met for me to earn a reward?
To earn a reward, you must share your unique code with your referral, and your referral must use your unique code to purchase his/her first IQOS Device Kit.
Is there a limit to the number of people I can refer?
You can refer up to 10 adult smokers or nicotine product users 21 years old and above.
How do I track my referrals and rewards?
You can track your referrals and rewards through your Refer a Friend (RAF) Dashboard. Kindly check your emails or text messages for the link to your dashboard.
Does my rewards expire?
Your rewards will expire 60 days after the date of issuance.
How can I use my reward?
You can redeem your reward in IQOS.com or any in IQOS Store and use it to purchase IQOS Devices, IQOS Accessories, or HEETS™.
I did not receive my reward. What will I do?
First, please make sure that you opted in to receive communications from IQOS by checking your profile. If you still haven’t received your reward after 48 hours, you may contact IQOS Customer Care at Facebookfirstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com, or #983838.
Where can I find my referral code?
You can find your unique code by either (1) logging in through the Refer a Friend (RAF) Page on IQOS.com, (2) checking your RAF Dashboard, or (3) clicking the ‘Refer a Friend’ button on the IQOS Viber Chatbot.
My friend says my code is not working. What will I do?
The code is case-sensitive so please make sure to input the code correctly. If the code is still not working, please contact IQOS Customer Care at Facebookfirstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com, or #983838 for us to assist you. Customer Care is available from Monday to Sunday, from 8:00 AM to 09:00 PM.
