Yes, you can also sign up for the IQOS trial month in the store. Basically, there are two ways to start the heated tobacco trial for 0 €:

You can also complete the ILUMA trial month at any IQOS store. Just visit an IQOS Store near you.
If you return the device to us within the trial period of 30 days, you do not incur any costs. Simply use the return label for free return shipping. You can get it from your customer account in the "My devices" section. If you do not return the device, you decide to purchase the device. In this case, after the IQOS trial month has expired, you will receive an invoice amount equal to the price of the device at the time of your order.
Discounts such as the IQOS friend code can also be redeemed during the IQOS trial month. However, any discounts must be entered in the shopping cart during the order process. The corresponding discount will be deducted from the device price valid at the time of your order after the end of the trial month.
If you try IQOS ILUMA and your IQOS ILUMA or your IQOS ILUMA ONE should show a defect during the trial month, you will receive a replacement free of charge. You can either initiate a device replacement via our online device diagnostics or contact us via our IQOS Live Chat.

You can initiate the return shipment of your IQOS ILUMA device within the trial month online at IQOS.com in your customer account and then return the device to us.
This works as follows:
Log in to your IQOS customer account on IQOS.com and request the return under "My Orders". You will be informed by e-mail as soon as the return label is ready for download.
Please do not forget to include the dangerous goods label with your return. If you use the original shipping box for the return, there is already a dangerous goods label on it. Otherwise, please download the appropriate label together with the return label, print it out in color and attach it to the shipping box. After that you have 14 days to take the package to the post office.
IQOS offers you a voluntary warranty of 12 months. During this period, IQOS will replace or repair your device if the warranty conditions are met.
With our free services you can further protect your device for the warranty period, namely in case of self-inflicted damage and with a worldwide warranty. To benefit from these advantages, you have to register your IQOS ILUMA device. If you choose the ILUMA trial month on IQOS.com, your device is already registered and you automatically benefit from the free services.
