Yes, you can also purchase the IQOS trial month in IQOS Stores. Basically, there are two ways for obtaining the IQOS trial month and trying IQOS for 30 days for €0:

2. Visit the IQOS Store:

You can start the IQOS trial month in any IQOS Store. Simply visit an IQOS Store near you.

If you return the device to us within the 30-day trial period, you will not incur any further costs. Simply use the return label for free return shipping. You can get this via your user account in the "My Devices" section. If you do not return the device, that means you’ve decided to make the purchase. In this case, at the end of the IQOS trial month, you will be charged an amount equal to the price of the device at the time of your order.
Discounts such as the IQOS Friends Code can also be redeemed during the IQOS trial month. However, any potential discounts must be entered in the shopping basket during the order process. At the end of the trial month, the discount will be deducted from the device price applicable at the time of your order.
If you are testing IQOS and your device is damaged within the trial month, you will receive a replacement free of charge. To do so, you can either initiate a device replacement via our online-troubleshooting tool or contact us via live chat.
