In the Czech Republic, you get a two-year warranty from the day you purchase the device. All you have to do is keep or take a photo of the receipt as a proof of purchase.

** One replacement of the heater and one replacement of the pocket charger within 12 months from the date of purchase of the device to a person registered on iqos.com in case of any damage that causes partial or total non-functionality of the device that is not covered by the warranty. If your device is replaced due to accidental damage, a claim can still be made in the event that the device does not work due to a manufacturing defect for the entire warranty period (i.e. 2 years from the date of purchase of the device).
