How to unsubscribe from the distribution list for commercial offers?

There are two ways to unsubscribe to our communications for commercial offers.

1. You may login to your account in iqos.com, and then go to My Preference. You can update your communication preference on the page.

2. You can reach out to our IQOS Customer Care to reuquest for it. You may contact them Monday to Sunday, 8AM to 9PM.
