IQOS ANNIVERSARY GIFT TERMS & CONDITIONS | IQOS PHILIPPINES

1.     Eligibility

a.     IQOS CLUB Members are adult nicotine users who are at least 21 years old (as of June 24, 2022) residing in the Philippines who otherwise wish to continue to use tobacco or nicotine-containing products. Among them, those who have reached Gold or Platinum status as of May 13, 2022 (“Participants”) will be eligible to receive an Anniversary Gift (“Gift”) from IQOS.

2.     Mechanics

a.     Delivery (Platinum CLUB Members)

i.    The Participant will receive an SMS from PMFTC Inc. and/or its authorized service provider to confirm his delivery details.

ii.    Once details are confirmed, PMFTC Inc. will have a courier deliver the Gift to the Participant. All fees arising from delivery will be paid for and by PMFTC Inc.

iii.    If no response is received from the Participant within 30 days, PMFTC Inc. may revoke his eligibility for the Gift with no liability.

b.     Pickup (Gold CLUB Members)

i.    The Participant will receive an SMS from PMFTC Inc. and/or its authorized service provider to confirm his eligibility for the Gift.

ii.    The Participant should visit a participating IQOS Store and present the SMS from PMFTC Inc. and/or its authorized service provider to claim his Gift. Participating IQOS Stores are SM North EDSA, SM Southmall, Robinsons Galleria, Eastwood Citywalk, Estancia, & BGC Highstreet.

iii.    If the Participant does not claim his Gift within 60 days, PMFTC Inc. may revoke his eligibility for the Gift with no liability.

3.     Delivery

a.     To receive the Gift, the Participant must present to the courier any of the following valid government-issued IDs as proof of age: Passport, Alien Certificate of Registration, Driver’s License, Firearm License, NBI Clearance Card, PhilHealth ID, Postal ID, PRC ID, SSS ID, TIN ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID, or Voter’s ID.

b.     In cases where the Participant is unable to receive the delivery, an authorized representative who is at least 21 years old can claim on behalf of the Participant, provided the following documents are presented to the courier:

i.    Valid government-issued ID of representative for identity check and age verification;

ii.    Copy of a valid government-issued ID of Participant for identity check and age verification; and

iii.    Signed authorization letter stating that the Participant is authorizing the representative to receive the Gift. The letter must contain the full name of the Participant and full name of the representative. The authorization letter will be surrendered to the courier.

c.     The courier will not be able to deliver the Gift if any of the above-required documents are not presented.

4.     Pickup

a.     Pickup will be available only in participating IQOS Stores: SM North EDSA, SM Southmall, Robinsons Galleria, Eastwood Citywalk, Estancia, & BGC Highstreet.

b.     To receive the Gift, the Participant must present any of the following valid government-issued IDs as proof of age: Passport, Alien Certificate of Registration, Driver’s License, Firearm License, NBI Clearance Card, PhilHealth ID, Postal ID, PRC ID, SSS ID, TIN ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID, or Voter’s ID.

c.     In cases where the Participant is unable to personally claim his Gift, an authorized representative who is at least 21 years old can claim on behalf of the Participant, provided the following documents are presented at the IQOS Store:

i.    Valid government-issued ID of representative for identity check and age verification;

ii.    Copy of a valid government-issued ID of Participant for identity check and age verification; and

iii.    Signed authorization letter stating that the Participant is authorizing the representative to receive the Gift. The letter must contain the full name of the Participant and full name of the representative. The authorization letter will be surrendered to the store.

5.     Data Privacy Consent

a.     By participating in the promotion and agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, Participant also confirms his/her consent to Philip Morris International’s Consumer Privacy Notice https://www.pmiprivacy.com/en/consumer.

b.     The Participant understands that they are entitled to certain rights in relation to the personal data collected, including the right to access, correct, and object to the processing, as well as the right to lodge a complaint before the National Privacy Commission of violation of your right as a data subject. consistent with Philip Morris International’s Consumer Privacy Notice https://www.pmiprivacy.com/en/consumer.

6.     Intellectual Property and Social Media Guidelines

a.     All intellectual property rights in and to the Gift, the content, and all materials distributed at or in connection with the Gift are owned by PMFTC Inc. Participant may not use or reproduce or allow anyone to use or reproduce any trademarks or other trade names appearing in the Gift without the prior written permission of PMFTC Inc.

b.     The Participant understands that this Gift an engagement activity intended to thank IQOS CLUB Members for their loyalty. Participants should not consider this GIFT, or any activity related to it, as prompt or a request, direct or indirect, to share any content through any social media channels. With this in mind, the Participant should not share on any social media channel any posts (including images and texts) related to PMFTC Inc.’s brands and products, and this Gift.

7.     Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability

a.     PMFTC Inc. and its authorized service providers shall not be liable for any damage that may arise from the delivery of the Gift to the Participant. PMFTC shall not be required to replace any damaged item.

b.     The HEETS variant which comes with the Gift is subject to the Participant’s choice and stock availability.

c.     The Gift is a one-time special offer and shall not be taken as precedent for future IQOS promotions.
