FAQs
o No, it is not necessary to purchase the Electric Purple device to be eligible for the Contest.
o Only referrals made during the contest period (from 28 Jan to 31 March 2026, both dates inclusive) will be counted for the Contest. Referrals made before 28 January 2026 will not be considered.

o No. Contestants are only allowed to participate in one of the following mechanics based on the registration status of the contestants as at 28 January 2026:
- Referral Leaderboard – for existing IQOS users who have registered and linked a device with us before 28 January 2026
- Creative Submission – for new IQOS users who register and link a device with us on or after 28 January 2026 (this date inclusive)
o If you are not a new IQOS user as at 28 January 2026, then you are eligible to participate in Creative Submission only and you are not eligible for Referral Leaderboard.
o If you are an existing IQOS user as at 28 January 2026, then you are eligible to participate in Referral Leaderboard only and you are not eligible for Creative Submission.
o No, submissions cannot be edited or replaced once they have been submitted. All entries are final.
o Submitting multiple photos does not increase your chances of winning. Each participant is allowed only one photo and one entry. If you submit multiple photos, only the first photo will be taken into consideration for your Contest entry.
o Yes. By participating, you agree that your creative submissions may be used by the Organiser for marketing and promotional purposes.
o The Organiser’s panel will review all submissions and decide on the rankings after the Contest has ended.
o No. Only travel arrangements specified in the official itinerary are covered. Winners are responsible for transport between their home and KLIA or designated port (both ways) and for any meals during travel (e.g., in‑flight or at airports during transits/layovers, optional add-ons on cruise). Meals specifically listed in the official itinerary at the destination are included. The Organiser will not be liable for any failure to arrive on time, secure the necessary documents for travelling, or meet any other travel requirements.
o There is no limit to the number of friends you want to refer to win the Contest prize. However, the IQOS Referral Programme will only reward you for your first FIFTEEN (15) successful referrals.
o All successful referrals will only be counted when your friend registers and links their devices. Not linking the newly bought device will be deemed an unsuccessful referral – you will not get the Referral Reward and thus will not count towards the Referral Leaderboard.
o You may visit or call into any of our IQOS Authorised Centres (https://www.iqos.com/my/en/store-locator.html).
o Share your referral code with our IQOS Staff to assist in checking for your existing progress / ranking.
