A test drive can be arranged at official IQOS stores, at a personal sales consultant, or by calling the call center number 1848.
No, the device must be returned to the same official IQOS store/the same personal sales consultant from whom it was taken.
No. At the current stage, the Test - Drive can only be taken at official IQOS stores or through delivery by personal sales consultants.
No. Only one device per client at a time.
The same device can be taken for a Test-Drive 2 times with an interval of six months.
The Test-Drive lasts 14 days.
In order to understand all the advantages of using a tobacco heating system, we recommend not smoking cigarettes during the entire Test-Drive period.

Current conditions and prices for the Test-Drive program can be found in the public offer.
